I wish there was a no star option for this company. A bunch of money hungry idiots. They towed my boyfriends car (I was there) because we stopped to visit a friend at lockefield Gardens. It was about 10 at night and the apartment office wasnt open to buy a visitors pass (therefore you would think that towing wouldn't happen since its impossible to get a visitors pass). Within the short amount of time we were there, Pro Tow picked up my boyfriends car (they hadn't hooked it up though), pulled it around another building so they were out of sight, and then started hooking it up. My boyfriend went over to see if they could just drop it, they charged a $75 fee of ONLY cash, were extremely rude even though my boyfriend was being polite and staying calm. On the form/receipt they gave us, they wrote that every part of his car was in "poor" condition even though his car is a 2005 chevy malibu classic which is in very good condition, if not perfect. Not even a scratch or ding on it. It was obvious that they did this so that if they caused the car damage, they would not be liable. My boyfriend called the company to try to figure out why they said his car was in poor condition since they also said they had pictures on file, and he said the woman on the phone was the rudest person he had ever spoken to. He asked to speak to someone in charge who could answer his questions and the lady refused. Also, I read that Indiana State Law says that a car must be parked on private property for 24 hours before it gets towed, so that it can be deemed abandoned. I understand that we parked there without a permit, but there is a different way to handle things, rather than towing as fast as you can and charging only cash so that if they dont have cash, they have the reason to haul it away. Pro Tow is a corrupt, evil company. I don't see how they live with themselves.

Pack of dogs just waiting to bite your ankle. I have never in my life dealt with such a lying pack of thief's. The "lady's" calling them lady's is doing them a favor. They answer the phone and are so rude to you they make you angry with rude responses then hang up on you when you stand your ground and demand to talk to someone in charge of them your called "hostile" uh yea you kinda made me angry by the third time you hung up on me. I suggest that anyone that has posted a complaint go further and report them to the BBB or the Attorney General. This company needs to be stopped and put in their place they seem to think they are above the law when it comes to an unlawful tow.

What a bunch of idiots. The ladies at the front desk were all angry and a whole lot of ugly. When they opened their mouths their 7th grade education showed. The fella that towed my car looked like a child molester. I had a flat tire that they charged 20 bucks to fill. Turns out nothing was wrong with the tire.

Stay away from these thieves and prostitutes!!

My son had his car towed when his parking pass was not displayed at the Gardens of Canal Court. His fault, no argument. However, pro tow has a contract to simply tow away any vehicle without a tag at their discretion. This was during holiday week when few cars were in the lot. So they tow it. We have to take off work to pick it up, they are the only towing company not open past 5. 9-5 means you have to miss work or class, etc. Then we pick it up where the ladies at the desk there were as rude as any service business I have ever encountered. And the left rear tire was flat. It was not when it was parked in the lot. They refused to pump it up without charging another $20 saying it must have a slow leak. So we pumped it up and took it straight to our tire store where they found nothing wrong with the tire. At all. It's almost like pro tow flattened it to be able to charge more. Plus when we drove the car out we saw other tires very low on the cars in their lot. This is a rude, shady business that preys on people and does not care about the customers it tows. I think the apartment complex is partly to blame not knowing what is going on with the towing and really not looking out for their residents. But Pro Tow is cash only, bring your own tire pump, hope they didn't damage your car kind of place.

Poor service. My car needed jump starting on lot.I was told I couldn't use my own portable jump starter box.
I was told they had to jump start it on their property, and by the way it will be $20.00 in addition to the $120.00 tow fee.
I told them I would push it off the lot,and jump start it,I was told I wasn't allowed to do that.
I highly recommend another tow service. If you have paid a $120.00 tow fee,and you need to jump start the car, either they give you a free jump,or let you use your own jumpstarter box.
