it was pretty corny, and had jokes that just weren't funny all together, and i hated that stupid dramatic background music when ever anyone was sad, i mean in this show it's like the end of the world if some gets sad! overall the show souldn't have ever become a big hit, but i've seen much worse shows on t.v.

really a boring show, except for GIBBLER! I really loved that girl.
Without her, the show would have been unwatchable. The Olsen Twins are vastly overated.

From the cheesy theme song where the family is driving in a convertible and everyone grins from ear to ear, to the moment of suspense (anything from losing the dog to wearing naughty make up classifies as suspenseful) and the suspenseful music to match it (which I believe through out the entire show remained exactly the same to indicate rather condescendingly that it was a tragedy if you couldnt tell without the music, similar to how they used fake laughter to indicate a joke. The laughing effects were actually necessary because almost every joke was flatly dull), to the end where the family members hug and rejoice when the problem is resolved or some beautiful lesson is taught, from beginning to end every minute of the show screams corny and sweet. The overdone, lame humor and the frivolous script didn't do much to attract me either. I guess it was appealing to some for its family friendly entertainment, but nevertheless it baffles me how this managed to become a hit.

I can't think of why this show got granted 'hit status'. My brother liked it but a few years ago I watched a few re-runs and I found it a bit cheesy for my liking. And boy, were some of the characters annoying [e.g, Kimmy and Joey Gladstone (?)].

I watched this with my cousin the other day and remembered why I hated it. It was stupid and predictable. I hated it.

Full House is a really good show. It's clean, funny and has good actors in it.

Looking back, Full House was a watchable show. I can see how it became very successful as a family entertainment show. However, most of the shows were jammed packed with really corny jokes.

full House has it's audience. My daughter still likes the show. I found it too sugary goody two shoes to watch. I tend to make fun of it myself. but at least it is pretty harmless. and not so bad for a young audience to watch. It did not hurt the Olsen twins, considering they are multi millioaires now.

This show probably set records for having the entire cast in a seven-way tie for the most annoying person on television, only edging out the Partridge Family because Susan Dey was hot.

Being the child of the eighties that I am, I have always loved this show despite naysayers and harsh critics. I'll admit it was sickeningly saccharine at times but it was sweet, clean and made many kids happy. While it may have been a victim of disgraceful acting and cheesy writing, I always loved it nevertheless.

This should have been preceded by a warning to make sure diabetics had a chance to change the channel.

Hey lay off John Stamos and the Olsen twins. He was good looking, and they are it. ;) What was wrong with Full House? You learned a lesson and a got a warm fuzzy moment every week. Bad actors, lame writing, but I liked the show and still do. It's one of those bad shows that I like.

Perhaps the worst show ever braodcast. Too sickenly sweet. A person can get dibetes from watching this show regularly. Unfunny. Unorginal. And mind bogingly innane.
