Table for Six is the social club that is a big part of my life. A few years ago, after my divorce, there was a huge void in my life. The opportunity arose for me to join Table For Six, and thereafter, I was glad I did. Activities, dinners, fun and friends that filled my spare time on days off. Because of my busy schedule I do not have alot of time to plan outings. It is nice to have someone else plan them and then all you have to do is show up and enjoy the event. Best of all, the friendships I have encountered have become my longtime friends. Table For Six, has filled my life with so many friends that have impacted my life. I have often wondered; had I not become a Table For Six member, could I have met such great people? The Staff has been superb. They have personally taken care of me and every member that belongs. Joining Table For Six is highly recommended by me. Rene

After experiencing the success of T46, I knew I had to tell as many of you guys as possible about what they did for me. I became a member three years ago. I did all the necessary requirements, spoke to all the right people and paid all the fees for the services. That was the hard part. “No pain, no gain”. From that came the “goodies”. My first event was a picnic at the most beautiful nature reserve campus. They put me in a group of eight (three other guys and four girls). They made all the necessary arrangements and set everything up for us. We didn’t have to lift a finger for anything. We literally got there and immediately were showered with snacks and refreshments from the nature reserve guys. We sat by a stunning lake and got to know each other. I met this one girl named Samantha who was bright, intelligent, funny, and drop dead gorgeous. We clicked almost instantly. After sitting with the crew for a few hours, she and I decided to go for a walk on the lake shore. We... Read more

My motto is ‘be happy’. Life is filled with good and bad which is obviously a test to see if you can remain happy. The way I see it, anyone who signs up with this company has a much better chance of being happy. Ever since I joined, I’m much happier than before. Two years ago, I walked into their office in Sacramento and spoke with Heather who is the director there. She told everything I needed to know. All the services and prices were explained to me. After that, I sat down with one of their professional matchmakers named Suzanne. She gave me an interview for about an hour and a half. During this interview I was asked many different questions about my life and how I grew up and what kind of guys I would like to meet. She actually made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with them when I left. About a week later, I got a phone call from my matchmaker. She told me about the service she had in mind for me where they sit you down at a restaurant with five other sing... Read more

It was getting really difficult for me to meet the girl of my dreams. I wanted to go around with someone who could actually understand me and share the same kind of interests that I do. I tried a lot of online dating and match-making services without any luck. Then one fine day, while browsing on the Internet, I came across this company that provides face-to-face match-making services. The more I read about the company and its services, the more I was convinced that they mean business. I am a lawyer you see, so I have this sixth sense that tells me what is right and what is wrong. So I went ahead and signed up for the services. The relationship experts in the company listened to my dating choices, my hobbies, and my interests and said they would let me know as soon as they get the right date for me. It happened really soon! I got a call from the company for a dinner at a great restaurant over the weekend. You see, I was really enthusiastic about it; therefore I took my time getting dr... Read more

After moving to Sac I joined as a way to meet people. If I find Mr. Perfect and he is THE ONE - great! If I don't I have found a lot of fun things to do and great places to eat. The guys do outnumber the women and because of that they can be less picky on the men they allow to join. There was only one bad experience with a guy at an event but everyone else just pitched in to "rescue" eachother. You can negotiate your rate - even as a woman - I know I got a better rate then a lot of the guys I have talked to. There are those people who make a quick decision and then leave if they decide they aren't interested in the table but for the most part I have a great time. Most tables have lasted at least 2 hours and on a Friday night people may just head out for dancig as a group.

Fabulous - Best dinner table yet and can't wait for the next dinner event at Table for Six . A night to remember once again. I really enjoyed every one at the table. The conversation flowed so well and to make it better, there were lots of nice, attractive people there. I have never met so many nice folks at one time. Perhaps the next time after dinner we may have to dance or move the party to some place where we could dance till dawn. I love these events. I can't wait till Table for Six has the White Water River Rafting event soon. I will sign up for it once they announce it. Scarlet

I finally just had to get around to take the time and do this. I have been a member now for over a year. When talking about Table For Six, generalizations, especially those negative comments listed elsewhere on this site, are literally, irresponsible. I think these opinions are based on hearsay or distorted and mean spirited word-of-mouth. Some, I think, are outright lies (Why? Competitors?) The members, and you realize over time, how many there are, reflect a spectrum of educated, successful people. I may not be the hippest person I know or associate with the coolest people but that doesn?t make me a loser or an ogre. I am pretty, (not 5?1? and 205) athletic, intelligent, not afraid of men and have had MANY GREAT EXPERIENCES with the male membership with the assistance of a really helpful and friendly staff. I'm now dating someone I met on a dinner and am very happy I joined.

I can't say it was waste of my money. It just takes some time. I went on few dinners and met lot of guys. Even if we didn't click we still enjoyed the evening. On my last dinner I met my boyfriend. We are very happy and without Table For Six, we probably would not have met. Thanks for everything.

I unfortunately signed up with this organization a year and a half ago. I experienced several one on one matches and they all were disasterous. I also attended several dinners and found that the restaurants were great but no luck in meeting Mr. Right not even Mr. Right Now! The membership cost $2400.00 for the two years and I have not found it to have been a good investment. Especially when I found out at the dinners that a lot of the males got free memberships or significant discounts. The only way that this club will work for a person is to lower their expectations so one would not be disappointed. I would recommend save your money and just do your life. This club promises that one will meet the love of their life. But, definately an empty promise. I have read the other reviews and they are all true since my personal experience was similar. The one that thinks it is great probably was written by one of the staff.

Especially if you are a lady in the Sacto area. The presentation/ sales pitch is great, they reel you in like a "fish on". Ladies you are promised that there are an equal number of men in the club "with more joining everyday"---don't belive it! You are supposed to get 48 hrs notice for your "dining experience" usually you find out the night before, and it can be cancelled as late as a hour before the dinner is to take place, however if you need to cancel it will cost you $100. My experience was I had to contact them to find out if a table was set for that week, and I would get my "regret" notice after I contacted them. Table for Six is like a used car lot selling a car that looks good on the lot with lots of promises. Once you drive off the lot you are on your own. Their follow up does not exist, and they call themselves "professionals" I call them them con artist that should give people their money back for not delivering the service they say they are offering. It's too bad, s... Read more

This service is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I just moved to Sacramento and thought this would be a great way to meet new friends. They give you a great sales pitch and you feel if you are joining an exclusive club. Wrong. You have to sign a contract that pretty much doesn't ever let you get your money back and they rush you through it. I went to several dinners and it was awful. They should call this service revenge of the nerds dinner. The people were not attractive at all the males or the females. This service is rediculously expensive. $2400.00. They give everyone different prices. I can't get a refund and no one will even return my calls. DO NOT JOIN THIS SERVICE. Do something better with your money. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! They take your money and then never call you back.

I was new to this area and joined table for six 6 months ago. When I joined, they said they had equal numbers of men and women except in the over 55 age group. Clearly, that is not the case and it is false advertising. Women get "regret mail" and only get to dine about 1 time per month if they are lucky. Men dine weekly and get called daily to fill in - per the report of many men. Women go on a list for the just for 2 matches and you are lucky if you get one match in 6 months. The only way I have gotten more than one dinner was to complain. The staff change frequently and it is no wonder - as they probably hear multiple complaints. They are very good at marketing and making everything sound like it is fine. I definitely would not waste my money if I had it to do all over again and I do not think they are fair in their initial presentation. I have heard of people taking them to court.

I just read the review about Table for Six from Tommy R. I'm not sure if he's talking about Table for Six , or just his own insecurities about meeting woman. I'm a 30 something woman and considered very attractive and have had tons of dates with Table for Six members. There's always been plenty of men to choose from, not nerds, just great guys. Maybe Tommy is just worried and nervous about the whole dating scene, but, I'd advise him to relax and quit being such a downer. Anyway, I'm still dating one of the guys, so, I'm happy!

If you are reading this and have not been suckered like me, then good for you. Save your money. My experience with this group has been horrible. The quality of women put in front of me has been very low and clearly do not match the requests in my profile. The sales people are super nice in the beginning, but once you've signed, you're screwed. It's not surprise that the average tenure of the workforce there is minimal. Turnover is high because the product is garbage.

I am a 44 year old woman and joined Table for Six about 18 months ago. I was assured there would be plenty of "professional" and "exciting" men at the events and dinners. As I began attending events I realized that wasn't exactly accurate. If you're a woman and looking for female friends, it's the place to be because the events are attended mostly by women. For the most part the men in the group were neither professional or interesting (like they advertised). Getting invited to a dinner was almost impossible as a woman. Many women only get one dinner per month, while the men enjoy weekly dining. One man told me the staff "hounds" him to get him to go to events, while the women are discouraged by lack of attention. The event calendar is posted monthly. If you don't sign-up for events in the first couple of days after the calendar is online, there are no spaces left for women. Crazy after paying thousands of dollars! Then, if yo do get a space, there's an additional charge ... Read more
