first of all I have lived in el paso for several years in different apartments and have never ever ever dwelt with this before. let me tell you the story........... OVER A YEAR AGO i lived in one of these properties always paid rent on time never had issues personally with nieghbors etc. the huge flood in august caused severe water leaks and damage from the roof caving in and ruining carpet and my furniture from master bedroom. so severe that there was MOLD growing on the ceiing. every month starting october of same year we would let managment know that they need to come fix the roof...they would keep putting it off and off and off. it got so bad that the downstairs nieghbors had damage from where the water leaked from our room to there downstairs room closet. we finally decided to move out AFTER THE LEASE WAS COMPLETED IN MARCH and turned inour mail keys and apt keys. as we turned them in the property manager (ALWAYS BEEN VERY RUDE) SAYS THAT WE HAVE HAD A DOG and major property damag... Finally, the AC was turned off when I moved in, I addressed this when I moved in, as I know el paso is hot, and was assured that they would be turned back on in a timely manner. I inquired middle of Feburary and was told that they all needed to be repaired and that this was not in their budget, at the beginning of March the parts were on backorder and as of today (April 10th) they w...
