When I picked up tickets purchased through Vegas.com the booking office showed me the price of the ticket would have been $50 cheaper if purchased directly rather than using Vegas.com and that was not including the service charge. I don't feel Vegas.com should make a total of $62 (includes service fee and inflated amount of ticket) for providing a service. I will never use their website again for anything. It's a matter of trust. If they would cheat me on ticket prices and I purchased tickets for 3 different shows, then what else is less than honest on their website?

They don't get the best tickets to sell. The host hotel/casino holds those for comps and in-house sales. Use Vegas.com for info then go direct to the hotel/casino to buy if you want the best seats.

I have used Vegas.com on several occasions. And, I will most likely continue to use them. I like the fact they are staffed 24/7 by folks that live in the Las Vegas area. My only complaint in all the years I have used them was for this trip. I was supposed to receive a promotional Vegas Insider Card by mail. EXTREMLY disappointed that I did not received it in time for my trip. In fact I still have not received it. According to the e-mail I received about it, if I didn't receive the card before my trip I was instructed to go to the Imperial Palace to pick up a temporary card. VERY, very inconvenient for me to pick up the temporary card. They had about a month to mail my card. I would think more than enough time.

I recently had a great time in Vegas with my sisters-in-law. Before we went we had booked tickets through Vegas.com to Elton John, Cirque d'Soliel Love, and a Grand Canyon tour. The shows were absolutely wonderful. Elton is a true entertainer and projects a true appreciation to his audience. I loved that he just sat and played and sang and talked to us without leaving the stage for costume changes. The Grand Canyon tour was cancelled due to a possibility of snow so we contacted Vegas.com who helped us find alternative things to do. We went to see Menopause the Musical which was absolutely hysterical and should be seen by all women of "the age". We also went on the Haunted Vegas Tour and that is definitely one to miss. We were supposed to have a seance which never happened and the tour ended 45 min. early. We were given dousing sticks and taken to places with water but told that if the sticks crossed that is where there is the ghost of someone who had died there. We were shown... Read more

We purchased tickets for the Amazing Johnathan through Vegas.com. Excellent site. We booked before leaving for Vegas. No tickets to carry and worry about. We picked up our tickets at the box office no the evening of the show. Awesome show, great experience all around..

Vegas.com is a great site for those planning a Las Vegas vacation. It covers all the shows and entertainers and is my first stop when planning a Las Vegas visit. The site is easy to use and purchasing show tickets is a breeze. You don't need to worry about being shunted into lousy seats with this site -- on my last trip, I booked my Phantom-the Las Vegas Spectacular tickets through this site and my seats were literally front row, center! Another nice plus is, when you spend more than $200 on the site (pretty easy to do if you're not buying cheap seats), you get a "Vegas Insider" card that lets you pick up freebie souvenirs up and down the strip -- great when you need a lot of little stuff to take back to those people stuck in the office while you've been out having a great time!
