Dr. Beckstead runs his practice the way they should all be run. First of all, he's very good at what he does. Does the word painless mean anything here? Secondly, he's on time. Nearly always. Or if he isn't, you might have just enough time to sit down and open a magazine before your name is called. I gather his staff likes working for him-- most of them have been there forever. They're quietly efficient, bill your insurance properly and act as if they actually enjoy their jobs. This is a practice where the doctor has no qualms about speaking to you on the phone-- for that matter, he doesn't have qualms asking for payment either. It's a casual, comfortable office. They do what they're supposed to do and do it perfectly.
