Need your roof fixed? Don't call these people! First, the workers wouldn't even get up on a ladder since there was snow on the roof. Then they proceeded to break as many more slates as were already broken. Naturally, they charged me $180 per hour to watch me put up my own ladder and clear the snow from the roof. One worker of the two never even did anything, he just stood around at the base of the ladder. When a credit was finally okayed, the supervisor informed me that the service charge for a second visit to talk about the problem took the credit away. Go figure! All this while threatening to contact their attorney if I didn't pay immediately!
