Sarah Leonard has a great selection of Men's watches, jewelry and more. I've bought 4 watches from them, and continue to go back for more (I collect watches). Its family owned, so they take pride in their work...trust me, great place!

Good sales efforts on the front end to get you hooked. Poor customer service during the process and on the back end.

I first learned about Sarah Leonard Jewelers as a student at UCLA. So when it was time to pop the question some years after I graduated from UCLA, I decided to make the trek up to Westwood b/c I had heard good things about Sarah Leonard Jewelers. To summarize, they had great prices and great service. Ask for Dean when you go in there. He took care of me. He was patient, helped me pick out the ring for my wife, and was understandable when I needed some time to check w/ my wife's friend to make sure I had picked out a good one. Then later on, they were very helpful in picking out our wedding bands as well. They also worked w/ me for a relative to pick up the wedding ring b/c I couldn't make it there at the time. Again, in summary, they provided excellent service, competitive prices, and have been very helpful ever since whenever we are in the market for additional jewelry.

The friendliest, most hard working, knowledgable and caring staff you will ever meet! And, of course, the best selection and prices of jewelry!!!

After reading such great reviews online, I decided to stop by Sarah Leonard's to look for a diamond ring. I was horribly disappointed, though. The saleslady, an older woman with short blond hair, was so rude and condescending to me. Never have I experienced such poor service! I had better service buying a pair of sunglasses at Bloomingdales, than here where I really could've spent some $$. I was really looking forward to seeing the jewelry here, etc., but the saleswoman would cut me off when I was asking questions, started helping another person who was having a watch repaired, and she was so snobby and snooty I couldn't believe it! I left with a really bad feeling; I definitely am not going to take my business here, and I don't recommend this place at all.

I don't ordinarily post reviews, but my experience with Sarah Leonard was so overwhelmingly positive that I was compelled to write something. I needed to get my wife something special for her 40th birthday - but I am clueless when it comes to jewelry. I spoke with Dean who asked all the right questions about my wife's taste and, after fifteen minutes of casual inquiry, we decided that my wife would most love an omega necklace. What I appreciated most, however, was that Dean never attempted to pressure me into a price that was out of my range. He was aware of how much I had to spend and never made me feel bad about it. The jewelry arrived in two days pristinely packaged and ready to present to my wife on her special day. The look on her face when she opened it said it all. Thank you, Dean, and thank you Sarah Leonard Jewelers for making my wife's day so special!

Go figure. I am a New Yorker where there are literally thousands of jewelers, yet whenever I visit Los Angeles, I make sure that I stop and shop at Sarah Leonard's. The jewelry is gorgeous and reasonably priced, the salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly and my wife and I feel like we are treated like family. We have bought watches, earrings and bracelets and our friends in N.Y. always comment on the beauty of the jewelry. I have even checked out their website and then called the store to purchase jewelry. I can't imagine living in LA and buying jewelry anywhere else. The holidays are only a few months away, so my advice, shop early and often at Sarah Leonard's!

We are truly customers for life...my husband and I purchased our wedding rings there and Dean was not only informative but extremely helpful. A friend recommended the shop to us and said if you want great customer service and unique settings you HAVE TO GO THERE! We worked with Dean and he was a blessing. He advised us, spent so much time with us and was extremely honest when we asked his opinion. Everyone at the store wants to help the customer and they make the customers feel like family. I would recommend making an appointment if you are looking for something and do not know exactly what you want...to make an appointment is so easy and I always get the times I want on the weekend! If you know what you want (I have also purchased Jewelry Boxes there) just stop in whenever and someone is very quick to answer any questions or help you out anyway that they can. It is so nice to find a jewelry store that treats every customer like family and cares about your happiness. You truly feel ... Read more

I was so very happy about my recent experience shopping for an engagement ring at Sarah Leonard Jewelers in Westwood. Although I had bought from them before the big engagement ring was by far the most expensive and worrisome piece of jewelry I have ever purchased. Everyone at the store was so nice and took the time to educate me about the entire process. Not only did they help me understand what to look for and how to compare rings/diamonds, but they really didn't pressure me to buy from them. It was clear after visiting several other stores that there was no way I was going to deal with any other jeweler on this most important purchase. I bought with confidence knowing I was in good hands. Very rare these days but I guess that's what you get from a family run operation. Thanks for the help!

My husband and I had window shopped a few times prior to entering to try on engagement rings. They were so friendly and helpful even though we weren't ready to buy at that moment. Dean helped us and he spent over an hour going over rings, types of diamonds etc. My husband ended up going back there to buy my engagement ring and my wedding ring since we loved the service so much. If we ever need to buy any fine jewelry we will always go back to Sarah Leonard.

My husband and I have purchased numerous items (watches, engagement ring, wedding bands, etc...) from this wonderful family owned jewelry shop in Westwood and we are always happy to see the wonderful staff at Sarah Leonard. Service with a heart, quality that is top-notch, low-pressure environment and a wide variety of choices make our experiences at Sarah Leonard easy and enjoyable. As long as I am living in southern California, they will have our business!

This is, without a doubt, the best jewelry store in Los Angeles. Best selection, best prices, and certainly best customer service, no question. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years now, and not only has every piece I've ever purchased been of extraordinarily high quality, but every piece my family and friends have purchased has been the same (they're ALL Sarah Leonard converts, by the way - once you buy from them, you're a little spoiled for anyone else). Every time I go in my rings are sparkled up at no charge, and everyone is always ready to help me whenever I need help (and the 'need' in that sentence is key - sometimes I just like to browse around, and they're more than OK with that. If I need assistance, they're on it. EXACTLY how I like salespeople to be). I've made many purchases at Sarah Leonard over the years, including my wedding ring, and I love, love, love every piece. There are not enough superlatives in the book to describe this fabulous Westwood institution.

Great place! I went in for a minor watch repair and was treated as if I were buying a Rolex. Would definitely go back.

Best jeweler in town! We purchased my husbands wedding band from Sarah Leonard Jewelers and it was beautiful! The service was excellent and the ring was ready to be picked up within days of ordering it. They have a gorgeous selection and the prices are very reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend this jeweler!

Perfect every time! If you are looking for a complete jewelry buying experience, look no further! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have bough several pieces from this store and I am always more than satisfied. I have referred several friends and all have had the same experience. You can trust this family run business with all of your jewelry needs.

I recommend Sarah Leonard Jewelers wholeheartedly. I appreciated the warm, friendly, family environment. They helped me with an exquisite and unique heart-shaped diamond ring which they sized for me within a couple of days. I received immediate responses (usually the same day) to all of my questions and requests for information--whether I called or emailed. I am thrilled with my ring and the experience associated with it and I am grateful to Sarah Leonard for making it all so easy.

I have been going to this store for literally most of my life, and you could not ask for warmer, friendlier service, helpful regardless of whether you are spending $100 or $100,000. They take their business very personally, and I think it really shows. They have beautiful pieces, a great selection, and they will let you look at every last one without getting exasperated! They have always stood by everything I have ever bought for them--and they always offer to clean my jewelry and watch when I go in for any reason.

I have been shopping at Sarah Leonard for many years now. I have never had anything but a wonderful experience when buying jewelry here. Most recently my husband bought a custom wedding band to match an old family heirloom engagement ring. The service was professional, fast and they made me feel like family. I have referred this fine store to many friends especially when they needed custom work done. They are so helpful and patient. When you are looking for great service and experience you can trust Sarah Leonard, just ask for Dean and you can be sure that you will be well taken care of.

Excellent customer service, high quality jewelry and ideal prices. Over the years I have bought a few watches here and am always walking away smiling more than when I walked in. The prices were lower than anywhere else I looked (and they offered me a payment plan with no interest!), the salesman treated me like family, and produced a top-quality watch every time. I have recommended their store to many friends who have walked away with the same great experiences I've enjoyed. Their jewelery is one of a kind but they also carry and can find popular items too. If you want to create your own jewelry or customize something, they make sure you get exactly what you want. It's a family run business and everyone is really nice. They take pride in their work and it shows. It was well worth it for me to drive up from Orange County. Go to this store for the best price, best quality jewelry, and best customer service in LA.

I have had the best experiences here! Sarah Leonard Jewelers is a family run business in Westwood that caters to EVERYONE. From the college student to the "grown-up". Everything I have ever needed they have either had on site or been able to order for me with no trouble. They clean my jewelery (engagement ring, wedding band) every time I'm at the store - at NO COST. They change watch batteries on site and while you wait, and they can engrave items like cufflinks. My husband and I ordered my engagement ring and wedding bands from them and they were (and still are) PERFECT! I even needed my wedding band resized because my husband ordered the wrong size and they took care of it quickly and again, at no additional charge. They also appraised and helped us insure the rings as well as the rest of our jewelry. Most of my family has received a Sarah Leonard package for a birthday, bat mitzvah, graduation, etc. Their warm and friendly atmosphere makes it easy to stay a customer. I HIGHLY... Read more

I'm a guy...I hate buying Jewelry. I know very little about it other than the women in my life seem to love shiny objects that look good on their body. For years, I trekked across Los Angeles from store to store. I've been to them all...so believe me when I say that Sarah Leonard is BY FAR AND AWAY the best. I first walked through their doors to buy a tiny, diamond pendant for a girlfriend. I don't remember her name, but I certainly remember the experience of buying from Sarah Leonard. The next time it was for an Amber necklace for my mother. Then a year later, it was Christmas earrings for the new girl in my life. Each time, the salesman walked me through the process, guilding my cluessless self the entire time. He'd lay out multiple options, carefully explaining to me the nuances of each piece. But what I appreciated most was that I NEVER felt pressure to buy. I'd say thanks for the time, tell him I was going to think it over, and then leave. When I came back a week later... Read more

I have had the worst experience with this group. I hope I can spare another of this horrible experience. Went to purchase our wedding bands. The salesman was very helpful making the sale, but once we gave them our money. It was a nightmare. We had to chase down the the salesman. He is also the VP. He was never available to take our calls. The price of the ring increased and we heard this by a message, and the delivery date got extended, & extended. I called him on the price increase, and he put it back to what it was tagged for. It got worse. He called to say my ring was in and was gorgeous. Well when I pick it up( I got a 1.5 ct. diamond eternity ring) most of the diamonds were included, some yellowish, it looked like a bunch of cracked frozen ice cubes. It was hideous! When I inquired about their return policy, I was transfered to the VP's grandmother(figurehead of the store). They would not discuss returns and she kept talking about " you are a nice person and I am a... Read more
