Della Notte inspired me to write my first review... Yes, it was that bad. I'm pretty sure the staff we experienced was using in between serving. The food was bottom of the barrel. How they can charge what they do beats me, but they probably will not much longer. We were there after a show one night, and we were one of 5 tables. I only have two good things to say about the experience. One, I know I never want to go back. Two, the olives they serve with the bread are pretty good.

The food at Della Notte is visually appealing as well as palate-pleasing. The menu always includes a variety of new appetizer and entree specialities as well as their delicious standard dishes like roast lamb and veal with wonderful wine reductions and pasta with seafood and savory sauces. The dessert menu is also varied and includes creme brulee, gelate, tiramisu & zabaglione. My husband and I always enjoy the spaciousness and lack of crowding in this beautifully appointed restaurant with soft music playing in the background and prompt, polite servers. They even pick you up & drop you off at the theater, symphony, etc., if you are going there. It's our favorite restaurant!! Also, they have their own parking lot which is a boon in downtown Baltimore.

This is a solid Italian restaurant with some unique dishes. The chicken dishes are not as good as they sound on the menu (not bad either). The veal is excellent. Salads are unique and delicious. Desserts are highly rated. Overall service was a 10 and the atmosphere is fun. Very loud so I do not recommend this restaurant if you want to have an intimate conversation, unless you go when it is off peak times.

Locals flock to Little Italy for Mediterranean-inspired dishes including homemade pastas and seafood, prepared daily.

The food was generally excellent (Calamari was chewey), and the service was superior and very friendly, without being clingy. The atmosphere in the Rotunda was both comfortable and elaborate. We sat at a window overlooking a very busy intersection. THis restaurant just jumps put at anyone driving by - that is why we stopped in. I recommend it very highly for a later evening dining experience that you should not forget easily. Try their delicious "Whipped Cream and Strawberries" desert.

We had the wedding rehersal dinner for my daughter at the Della Notte. THey sat 24 of us in the main dining area and let us order off the menu. Food was outstanding, served hot and very quick considering the number in our party. Service was top notch. Could not have been better!!!!

The best food in Little Itlay, without question and the most extensive wine list in the city. The live entertainment at the piano bar made for a relaxing conclusion to one of the finest meals my husband and I have ever had.

Beautiful decor. Yes, there is a tree in the center of the restaurant but it adds to the ambience. Great service. Great food. I have enjoyed this restaurant every time I have dined there which has been many times. A+!

Even if you can get past the ridiculous decor (a tree in the middle of the place) that trys to be NYC's Tavern on the Green (not even close), the awful waitstaff (don't they train these people?), and the high prices, the food is probably the worst in Little Italy. Our hostess was too busy talking to one of the waiters about Bohagers than seating the three groups of people waiting to be seated. Once she decided to do her job, she was less than gracious about seating us. With all of the true and traditional Italian restaurants in the area, it's amazing that this place stays in business. If you're looking to pay a lot for commerical Italian, you're at the right place. If you want real Italian, try any other place in Little Italy.

It's frozen. Or at least that is what our waitress told us when we were ordering. It was a business dinner and the client said that he could always tell a good Italian restaurant by its lasagna. She recommended we choose from the variety of specials instead. We did just that and had a very pleasant and interesting meal.
