 | EschewObfuscation (70) 09/13/2004 | Here's what I think: if this reference in the Pledge should be removed, it should not be through the luck of the judiciary process (the plaintiff being assigned a liberal wing-nut judge). This should be done by amending the Constitution by deleting the words, endowed by their Creator. Make your case, use your superior logic and cognitive abilities to persuade the ignorant rabble to your (clearly superior) intellectual viewpoint. If you can't, then shut up and go away.
