It's a sad day when the courts, who were created by our founding fathers, ban what the founding fathers can say.

Here's what I think: if this reference in the Pledge should be removed, it should not be through the luck of the judiciary process (the plaintiff being assigned a liberal wing-nut judge). This should be done by amending the Constitution by deleting the words, endowed by their Creator. Make your case, use your superior logic and cognitive abilities to persuade the ignorant rabble to your (clearly superior) intellectual viewpoint. If you can't, then shut up and go away.

I will never understand that! Our constitution was founded under GOD. That is what the whole thing was based on.

It already has been, by California's Communist Court of Appeals.

I don't think this will ever happen, much less before the election, but if it does, it might set a precedent and set the country back on a liberal course. (I hope!)
