I was first introduced to Feldmar watches when my boyfriend brought me in to pick out a new watch. Even though we were not in the market for a super high end watch (we were looking in the 1,000-1,500 range) and we went int there looking like two young kids (we are in our early 20s), we were still treated with the utmost respect and care. This was a far cry from many of the other watch stores that my boyfriend had previously visited, where they wouldn't give you the time of day unless you were buying a Rolex or a Piaget. Not only was Edward extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but we also got a great discount (25% off the retail price). After Ed patiently walked me around the ENTIRE store, I went home with my new watch, and being the kind of person I am, I couldn't help but do some online research on watches. I found a hard-to-find watch that I wanted more than the one we had just purchased. Without any hesitation or attitude, Ed let me return the watch we had purcahsed and s... Read more

I'm an out-of-town buyer that's never visited their location. Therefore, my review is limited to my experience with them over the phone and via e-mail. For several weeks my salesperson at Feldmar, Jamie Hayes, patiently provided me with delivery and pricing info on several watches I inquired about. In every instance he responded to my inquiries quickly and courteously. Once I made up my mind my watch was delivered to me exactly as promised and arrived in perfect condition. Before purchasing from Feldmar I looked around at various watch dealers on the Internet. I decided not to purchase from them because they're not factory authorized...meaning they're unable to extend the factory warranty on the vast majority of watches they sell. Although the "Gray-Market " Internet dealers have better pricing, Feldmar's pricing is very competitive and I felt it was definitely worth paying a little more to know that my watch came from a factory authorized dealer with a factory warranty.

I was visiting from out of town and had plans to visit several stores to purchase a watch I could not find locally. Feldmar was the first store I visited and I could not get anyone to even "give me the time of day". There were 3 people working in the store and while busy, no one acknowledged I was standing there with even a "we'll be with you in a moment". One associate was walking around with a cordless phone and answered 4 calls with me standing right in front of her. I stood in front of the case I was interested in for 15 minutes and then began to feel like an idiot. There were 3 other people in the store, but no reason to completely ignore someone. I wold have said it was based on my dress, but I was wearing business attire. Granted I was only going to spend $7500 (another lady being helped was looking in the $15 - $20k range), but I was concerned that if they could not provide good service before the sale, their after sale service must be even worse. Based on my experience... Read more

they have a pretty large selection of high-end watches at this store, and the prices are really great when compared to just about any store out there. customer service is always good and the sales people are really friendly, honest and not pushy.

I took my Rolex to Feldmar last week. It's an older model and the gold on one of the links broke. They fixed it and it looks great. They also have a nice selection of watches to purchase at really good prices.
