I've always put my family first . . kids, husband, dog, you name it and my body paid the price. Don't get me wrong, I love my family but it was high time Mom got a chance to take care of herself mentally and physically. After checking out several facilities I decided Fitness Together was the best fit for me. Diane (the manager) spent a lot of time with me and I could tell she really cared. The training staff was/is obviously very educated. I am thrilled with my results. I'm wearing jeans I haven't worn in years and actually completed my first 10K in August - I had never run so much as a mile in my entire life The workouts are tough, but I leave every session feeling great. What I like most is that I've never been a number - everyone there knows my kids names, where I'm from, etc. It's a family and I give a heartfelt recommendation to check them out if your interested in getting in shape

I am transplant from the North East who has worked with several trainers...one's who I thought were the best. After recently moving to Ballantyne I started up my workouts with a trainer at Fitness Together. Carlos has surpassed every expectation I have about a trainer. His knowledge of the human body and working out is unbelievable. I could go on and on...but I hope you catch my drift. This will sum it up, I had to wait 6 months for one of his early AM slots to open up (I worked out with him at lunch time until then). Also, last week he was out of town and I worked with 2 other trainers, and they were great too. They run a great ship at Fitness Together.

If you want a very "personal" trainer, who listens and then adjusts your workouts accordingly while still getting the most out of you...who starts slow and gets to know you, then DO NOT go to this studio. They seem to know what's best for you without even listening! This approach left me with possible permanent nerve damage in my spine. After four months my back is stil a problem; and that was after but ONE! workout with a trainer named Adam. I have been unable to workout since.
