The flair and charisma of the latin peoples have always captured my flights of fancy. The exotic scenery, the dances, music and the sensuousness of the place is quite mysterious and appealing to the European mind. A lot is third world but with proper Government and the right initiatives, there could be much contribution to the world. Brazil has been very effective in selling its 'branding' to the rest of us and generates much business.
