They handled my Best Buy extended warranty repair. They were slow getting out, didn't seem that they communicated well with Best Buy. They didn't seem to be all that interested in getting my TV fixed, no sense of urgency. Between them and Best Buy it took about a month to get a lamp replaced.

I have been referred by samsung to take my television here while it was under warranty. Right now I have taken the Tv there 3 times and the issue has not been fixed. They also lied and said that if it broke again and I had to bring it back they would file a report with samsung to start the process of having them replace the TV yet when I brought the TV back they refused to do so.

I bought a 57" DLP TV August of 07 from HH Gregg and in March of 08 started having a problem. I had bought the extended warranty and called the # for repair. They said it was still under manufacturer warranty and to call Toshiba. I call Toshiba and they give me the # of a local service place called "RADZ" and tell me to call RADZ to have them come look at it. RADZ is the purpose of this review. Whatever happened to service is beyond me - this was the 4th call I had to make and had yet been able to schedule someone to help me. I finally talk to the scheduling lady and she said that she had to pass this on to her service tech and he would call me back within a couple days to schedule service. I explained the problem, a small white dot on my screen, and she said it sounded like a pixel went bad but that generally wasnt a problem on DLP TV's. I waited over 2 weeks and never got a phone call from the service tech. I c... Read more

Great place to take your TV. I have a 50 in. RCA DLP TV. Picture was dim and i had replaced the bulb a yr ago. Took it in to avoid the 60.00 trip charge. they did charge a 50.00 diagnostic fee up front. Come to find out the mirrors were dirty with dust after 2.5 yrs of use. Even though they didn't call me to confirm the 75.00 additional dollars to do a thorough cleaning be4 they started, i was glad to get my TV back with a great picture again ! The rapair guy was very helpful, explained what he did and offered to show me how to clean it if it happened again. Even though it wasn't a major repair, i would take it back. Thanks Radz.

at $600.00 an hour NOT the place for getting simple repairs. they would rather repair large expensive systems etc. the small needs customer is not needed. one small solder. MAX 5 mins) = $50.00! the darn TV/dvd player cost 100.00!
