I had originally found Dr. Sacha Dybnis through a google search for "best dentist in santa monica". Based on all the 5 star reviews, I decided to give this place a shot and gave them a call to schedule a cleaning. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming over the phone, and to no surprise, just as friendly in person. I hadn't gotten a teeth cleaning schedule in just about two years, and found Dr. Dybnis to be very professional, friendly, personable and gentle on my teeth. He treats every patient with a high level of respect. The entire procedure was virtually painless, and truly did an amazing job! Out of all the dentists I've ever had, this Dentistry is the best!! Dr. Dybnis is truly a wonderful dentist. He is compassionate, competent and always available for questions or if problems arise. He answered all of my questions and takes his time with each patient. He even came in on a Sunday to see my boyfriend, who had cracked a filling. If you suffer from TMJ or jaw pain, you absolutely MUST see Dr. Dybnis. He has helped me more than any of the three dentists and specialists I went to. I have not woken up with a headache from clenching since I have been wearing his appliance. If you are looking for a dentist, give Dr. Dybnis a visit.

I don't write reviews very often but I felt compelled to write one in this case. Unfortunately, I am not rating Dr Dybnis on his quality of care because I was never able to successfully schedule an appointment. In the beginning I thought it was going to be a great experience- The Dr. himself sent me an email with some questions and I wrote back, including my answers about scheduling. I never heard back from him again. I called the office. The receptionist called me back and left me a message. I returned. I never heard back from HER again either. Fast forward a couple months. I started the whole process again. Dr Dybnis apologized and offered me a free initial examination and cleaning. Unfortunately, I could never get anyone on the phone to schedule that, and once again, no one called back!! It was a disappointment, truly. Dr. Dybnis and his staff made me so comfortable from the beginning I stepped into his office until today. I recommend his services to all my friends and family. He is very passionate about what he does and that shows in his work and the way he treats his patients, you learn something new about dentistry each time you visit him! He makes sure you can handle the treatment and that you agree 100% with all the process so you are very calmed and It's pain free too. I've never felt so good in a dentist's office before!!

I have worked in the dental field for 20 years, so I know what to look for in a highly skilled dentist. I have suffered with painful headaches and jaw pain for years and I grind my teeth so much I was wearing grooves in them. I went to Dr. Dybnis for a new biteguard because I was still in pain with the old one I had made elsewhere. Dr. Dybnis took extensive measurements and impressions to make sure the appliance was comfortable no matter which direction my jaw moved. He was extremely gentle and kept me informed about what he was doing and why. After wearing the biteguard just 1 night I had amazing pain relief, and after one week had no pain at all! I can't recommend him high enough, he is a true professional who knows his stuff and saved a busy mom of three from so much pain. Thank you, thank you!

Having had a lot of dental work done over the years, I consider myself a dental expert. As you walk in Dr. Sacha Dybnis and his staff make you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Dybnis examines your teeth, gums, tounge and jaw bones. He looks for lumps, cysts or anything that should not be in, or on your gums. He also checks your jaws and makes you aware of any problems or potential problem that he sees. He has the most up to date equiptment and you can see the insides of your teeth all the way through your gums. I recommend Dybnis for overal great dental care, second opinions and heavy duty dental needs.

Dr. Dybnis taught me more about dentistry than I've ever known before...all while providing a pain-free experience! His staff is excellent and I've never had to wait long for any of my appointments, but best of all, they will always make sure that you're completely comfortable throughout the process.
