arrogant full of himself creep. mean, self centered thinks everyone should cowtow to him. glad Belle shunned him. sad thing is there really are guys{and gals} like him. happy to see him get his in the end of the movie.

The arrogance of this character made him as evil as any other Disney villain with magical powers. He teaches that if you are ugly on the inside it makes you ugly on the outside as well.

Ugh. Arrogant, scheming Gaston was a terrible character. He was one of those despicable characters that I loved to hate, particularly when he made it his mission to kill the beast and when he used Belle's father as a pawn in his evil plans.
