My dogs are my kids and I wouldn't trust them with any clinic except Bryan Animal Hosptial. The pros there constantly attend state-of-the-art training seminars to stay on top of their profession. Their surgical and medical skills are second to none, and they possess a caring attitude to us nervous pet moms, explaining every option in my pets' care. Even the front office staff knows me and my pets on a first-name basis -- what a great touch! Dr. Peterson is especially great and patiently spends time answering my questions and going the extra mile to give my pets a thorough examination. I'm especially grateful that she detected a condition on one of my dogs that would have gone un-noticed under normal circumstances. Yeah Bryan Animal Hospital!! You guys rock!!!! I'm a customer for life.

The clinic is very clean and professional. The people that work there are clean, professional and very helpful. The veterinarians are the top of the line, very intelligent, careing and compansionate. I have been to other clinics in the past and once I came to Bryan Clinic I never thought of changing again. I have been going to Bryan Clinic for many years and have had to say good-bye to many of my loving dogs in that time. Dr. Peterson and Dr Frye have been very helpful in getting through each one. Dr Peterson is always interested in what is new and advanced in the treatment of her patients. If she doesn't know the answer, she will work on it and research it until she finds an answer. They are very good at explaining what is going on with your dog or cat and follow up treatment. I have a vast knowledge of dogs and their care, I would not trust my dogs with anyone else.

Past few times I have taken my cats in, they would give me an estimate; but when the services are done, the actual cost is nearly doubled. The last time I took my cat in for a grooming, they dug too deep to clean out his ears. The nurses never really checked up on my cat during the afternoon or otherwise they would have noticed he wasn't right. When I got him home, he kept falling down, losing his balance. Couldn't stand and his right eye droops and waters. Also he suffers from nose bleeds. My wife took him back the next day and they gave him a free workover, bloodwork, etc. Said he is in "great health" except for his teeth. Vet said he might've suffered from a pinched nerve in his ear from cleaning it out too deep. It has been almost two weeks now having to watch him stumble around and his eye still isn't right and still has occassional nose bleeds. The vet said it would take about two weeks to clear up. My gripe is this never should've happened in the first place. I especi... Read more

Bryan Animal Hospital is a great place to take your pets. The office staff is caring, helpful, pleasant, and comforting. One of the staff I am particularly fond of is Tuna, the calico counter kitty. She can often be found sporting a seasonal neckerchief and greeting customers. The veterinarians are extremely helpful and try to accomodate you in every way possible. They are very proficient and don't rush through instructions or procedures. They take the time to listen to your questions and concerns and show you how to do any necessary procedures until you feel comfortable with the process. They are open every Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. They are not open on Sundays, and only open mornings on Saturdays. They are pricey, but I believe this is the case everywhere. You also have to pay at the time you receive services. There doesn't appear to be a billing system which would be most helpful. They do keep you updated on costs and do nothing without consulting you f... Read more
