She Acts?

I don't think she's extemely overrated, I think she's just overpublicized. I frankly don't think she's hot in any manner and is extemely dependent on her breasts, among other things. However, I credit her for sponsoring a gymnast, Mohini Bhardwaj, to get to the 2004 olympics in which Mohini did.

Two stars for the two things going for her. . .

Since she's given almost no credit whatsoever for her acting ability she can't possibly be considered overrated.

As for her other charms, well.. I'll give credit where credit is due. A bit too heavy up top to be pleasing to some but pretty nonetheless.. and she's no dumb bunny. Actually has some smarts.

Not really over-rated as an actress, because who rates her highly? The high ratings on her twin co-stars are pretty well deserved though.

Difficult to call her an overrated actress when she really isn't an actress at all. More appropriate to call her an overrated sex symbol. I'm not saying I would kick her out of bed if the opportunity presented itself, but surely we've reached a sad state of affairs with patently fake boobs, teased-up hair, and caked-on make-up representing the pinnacle of American female pulchritude?

She's portraying what she is. I don't view her as trying to be anything else.

Im not sure why she's listed here. I didnt know anyone did rate her as an actress, only as a pair of fake boobs. As a supposed sex goddess..yes, she's very overrated.

Overrated, overhyped and empty headed

I love Pammy. she is a gorgeous cartoon character of a woman and she who she is (I am a straight female by the way....) a marketing genious. She sold herself as a package and she never tried to be anything else...including a serious actress.

Okay, she's no Oscar winner, but I think she is better than most people give her credit for. She really isn't to bad at comedy.

Well the only stuff I've seen her in was in Star Wars and she wasn't really good at that!

I don't think people watched Baywatch, VIP, Barb Wire, or whether else she did, because of the excellent lighting, the great dialouge, the great director, the poetic drama or the excellent acting, I think they watched because of her. Her role isn't too be a great actress, its to show off her body, and she does it well. Hell, up until someone told me a few months ago, I never knew there was even any dialouge in Baywatch, I was far to concentrated on other, should we say 'larger', things

She has never proclaimed herself as a good actress. She's working her sex appeal for all it's worth. Who can blame her for that? It's how she makes a living so I don't think she should be criticized for it.

Her acting ability, or lack of, has nothing to do with her popularity. The fact that she thinks un-naturally large breasts are attractive, do though. Personally, I don't even think she's all that pretty. Natural is far better than fake.

Oversized mammories are no substitute for good acting, though this doesn't seem to have hurt her popularity.

Oh, please! We all know why she was given the opportunity to step before a camera and it had nothing to do with acting ability.

The role Pamela plays in the movie are usually the hot playful woman you wish you can just bring home for the night and nothing more. She was the main reason why Baywatch had dedicated viewer throughout the series. It's funny actually, every running scene she was in, the picture frame most have slowed down 5 frames per second (normally it is 28 frames per second, more or less). Her basketball boobs was barely contain in her skimpy swimsuit. The only movie I think she was really good in was the Tommy Lee and Pamela Home Series.

She doesn't even deserve to be on the list. She doesn't possess the talent to even be considered an actress- overrated or underrated. As others have pointed out her only talent, if you can call it a talent is she knows how to use her breasts to get what she wants.
