I have worked with Keith Summerour for 6 years. His talent is at the pinnacle of the architectural design world. He and his staff are completely dedicated to producing wonderful work. They work hard to speak plainly and clearly from the start about what a client wants and what that will cost. They work hard to please their clients. I consider what they offer to be a "one of kind" architectural experience. I dare people looking to design a house to find a better service. If you do, you have found another talent at their pinnacle. You get what you pay for, and more!

We started with an historic log cabin. Keith Summerour and his associate Ryan Duffy crafted a house around the cabin which we wanted to remain unaltered. Great drawings.

My personal experience with this architect is that he WILL NOT work within your budget. As a matter of fact, he drives the up the price of the construction costs in order to increase his fee that is based on construction costs. I would not recommend him at all .. There is a lot of talent out there that is easier to work with and will stick within the parameters set by the client.
