I have never seen a character turn to a nice charming WW11 veteren into a cold blooded Mafia Boss like Michael Corleone. Al Pacino gives a great performance that will go down in cinema history.

Pacino is very convincing in his descent into evil, both in this movie and the sequel. A good man tempted, and fallen is a compelling performance.
