Midnight movers promised a 28-foot truck, wardrobe boxes and full service, instead they arrived in a 24-ft truck with no wardrobe boxes. Our clothes and couch cushions arrived dirty and they didn't reassemble half of our furniture. They showed up 1 and 1/2 hours late and although we were promised everything would go we had to rent a U-Haul to move what they didn't move. They took 2 days to get back to me when I left a msg to complain, their "solution" was to pay $600 extra to move the rest.

I had Midnight movers move me from AZ to SC well they pickup the furniture. and left without me signing any paper work. they did not take an inventory or all of my things however that turned out OK. They delivered my belongings one full week late and no phone calls to up date me as to why I had to make 20 to 30 calls to find out what was going on. Upon arrival there was damages for about $3200 dollars which almost 6 months latter I have not received the funds to repair to damages.

My closing date for my house I was moving out of changed from one day to the next, making it very difficult to figure out when I could actually move. Midnight Movers was extremely accomodating and flexible. I had to cancel a couple of times and felt horrible for doing so. But they were very understanding and showed concern with the stress that I had with the sale of my home. It was great not to have to worry about the move in addition to everytrhing else. When it came time to actually move, they showed up that night, hours after the sale went through and I got the keys to my new home. The movers were very professional and did an excellent job at what I thought was a very reasonable price.

I booked them 1 month in advance for Sunday the 18th. I called the Thursday before and asked if it could be pushed up to Saturday. I was told "no problem, we're wide open". I chose 10am. On Friday they asked if they could push me back to 2pm. No problem i said. At ONE PM on Saturday they tell me they are on a really big job and need to move me to Sunday!!! Are you kidding? Me: "Because you agreed to move me to Saturday I made arrangements and need to be out of my apartment TODAY" Them: "Okay let me call you right back, we might have to do it around 6pm" Me: " I don't care what time it is.. you're supposed to be 24 hours??" Needless to say the jerks never called me "right back" I called him at 4:30 to tell them i had found other movers. THANK GOD! They put me in a bad spot and i wouldn't wish that on anyone. Irresponsible - Unreliable - Unprofessional and Unorganized. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!

First off, I don't normally write reviews but I do believe that those who do a good job should be acknowledged and there aren't that many these days. I had been disappointed by 2 other local moving companies, so I decided to try Midnight Movers. Same move and they did it quicker and cheaper. They proactively called me back and offered an online discount without me needing to haggle and negotiate. The movers were very efficient which I liked and didn't need me to hurry them up. They were true professionals. I highly recommend it and hope you have the same experience.

This company saved me at the last minute. All the guys were very polite. The moving guys were very nice, quick, but careful at the same time. The price was great too!!! I ended up saving money too.
