I was surfing the internet and ran across these two reviews of my company. One from a customer from Valentines Day! Thank you for the review! The other from a person who said that they were charged for a no show. I did respond to that review by saying that under no circumstances would I charge a customer for a no show. In fact, I would give them a full refund and coupon for a free show. That is our policy. We take pride in our show, our service and the laughter of others. None of our entertainers have been with us for less than 5 years. I hope that you will give us a try!

I was very leery after reading the 1st review that i was calling them constantly trying to find out when the service would be deducted from my acct & when they will show up. Michelle reassured me that everything will go fine, they make a deduction a few days prior just in case we have some nosey spouse checking the acct, etc... Let's just say my honey enjoyed his valentine's day song, it did embarass him a tad bit but definitely one of a kind!! I personally recommend them for the singing telegram!!

Arranged for them to do a show at a birthday party and they didn't show up. They did not call us, we had to track them down when they tried to tell us that because of poor scheduling and traffic (on Saturday at 3:00...) they were running late. They got there after the party was over and had the audacity to offer us 50% off. For NO SHOW! After repeatedly contacting them, we were forced to cancel the charges through our bank because the manager was rude and wouldn't even listen to us when we asked them to do the right thing and just refund our money. They would not and told us to go through our bank. We're still fighting this for over a month now. I would be very cautious entering into a contract with this business.
