This is a truly interesting question. There were people in Berkeley Psychic intent on like things to do. It is a temptation. Mainly people are psychic but it would be difficult to get. That would mean myself also. For one thing there are endless possibilities that most people playing don't realize the very small chance of getting it. I had an idea you can actually figure it by the numbers sticking in some. I and others don't have the money to fool with it. There is a block on it meaning from the universe. There is also the problem in one theory that the devil can make one think one can be psychic and win things but then you would not really be able to. I read someone who had done a voodoo spell won it. It is more difficult to get the future and that is assuming it is there already. It is a possibility. Someone on another psychic forum said he was winning things. Since one said he could read the distant viewing more or less proving it I think it is a possibility. They may not tell peopl... Because they are doing just fine financially by fleecing suckers who will pay them to read their palms, tea leaves, tarrot cards and gaze into crystal balls.

I don't like fortune tellers or psychics, to me they're as bad as each other and prey upon people's weaknesses to make money, although those who are in need of hope do get hope, even though it is false hope. The reason fortune tellers don't win the lottery is because they are fakes as others have said - what they say is usually an educated guess which is why sometimes it is possible to get it right. It really frustrates me when you see people visit these in TV programs and they make out that they are real and that there's something mystical about them. Utter dribble.

This is a good question. If I could tell the future I'd be winning the lottery and living at the race track, at least until I had enough to buy my own island or something. I wouldn't want to get too greedy.

You figure the 'Psychic Friends Network' just by shear numbers, and the fact that they are a 'network' would win the lottery.

Yeah, and if you call them in an elevator, why can't they tell you what floor you are currently on? And why do they ask for your name?

It's because their visions are so vague. For them to interprept something specific like that would be impossible.

Because fortune tellers can't real tel you your future. Haven't you ever seen the shows on their tricks? THey alwys have some background info on you or something stupid like that .So they'rejust as likely to win the lottery as a two year old.

This question would only be relevant if you assumed fortune tellers and their ilk have actual skills or 'powers'.

This question alone should be enough to expose those occultists for the charlatans that they are.

If they use their talent for any profit, they'll get bad karma. It wouldn't be worth it regardless of. And anyways, most of these people are hacks.

I did ask a medium this question once, and he told me that because they are not allowed to gain personal wealth for themselves....or else it will come back to them 3 fold...

Because they're fakes. They don't know the future from a hole in the ground. Crystal balls are also bereft of any special powers of divination, as are Tarot cards, tea leaves, or lines on the palms of your hands. Mind you, if they did win the lottery, they might be denied their winnings for cheating, so why bother?
