In a word: Outstanding! I researched a number of Dallas area air conditioning companies. I could find only positive information about Dring. For example: B B B rating: A+ (1 resolved complaint in 36 months; 0 complaints in the last 12 months; accredited since 1958!) Online reviews: No negative comments found. Installers with many years experience. The main installer on my system has been doing this for 30+ years. Carrier Corporation: Distinguished Dealer Award for outstanding business practices. (I believe they are the only Carrier dealer in Texas with this award.) Informative web site. Service on-call 24 hours. No hard sell. Sales rep (Steve Daniels) was interested in the level and brand of system I desired. He has also worked as an installer of AC systems for a number of years before moving into sales. He was willing to leave the quote without selling the system. Professionally dressed and prompt. Home was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I was particularly impressed with the installation. They did more work than I anticipated. I avoided replacing my 30 year old compressor and 22 year old unit for the last five years while my electric bills went higher and higher. I probably paid a bit more than with other companies but it is worth every penny. I do not intend on doing this again for many years. Give Dring a try and you too will be glad you did.
