Not Just Soccer

NJS is the perfect local sports store. They mostly have kids sports gear with some ladies and mens Under Armour. I was there last week and the staff was very helpful. We get all our team uniforms there and have always had a good experience. I don't agree with some of the posts here. Sure, they are not perfect....but they do a very good job.

why would you lie right to someone's face? i mean, if youre going to get the shoes to me within a week, say that. If you arent, then dont say that. I have been playing in softground cleats for a month because my firm ground cleats i ordered over a month ago have yet to come in. quite the opposite of convenient

I ordered uniforms from this store awhlie back and at first everything seemed okay. Then they didn't order them on time and my 5yr old child's entire team had to play without a jersey. once we did finally get the jerseys they were numbered wrong. They never semmed to really care that they screwed up. After talking with friends on other teams I found out that on top of everything we paid a lot more for our uniforms than people who ordered them through another store. I will absolutely never shop here again and I can't believe they are still in business!

The customer service was awful. I have been there twice. The first time I was just looking and the sales staff wouldn't leave me alone and sort of creeped me out. The second time I couldn't find anyone when I actually needed help! Once someone finally showed up he didn't seem to know what he was talking about and I'm pretty sure he was flat out lying to me. And after checking other stores I noticed EVERYTHING is WAY OVER PRICED!!!!!

n 5/29/2007 I went online to purchase the Brine Mikey Powell Swizzle Titanium lacrosse handle. The advertised price which I have a copy of was listed on the website as $74.99. The product at that time was not in stock. I spoke with the owner of the store and was told that if I wanted,the stick could be ordered from the manufacturer and he could have the stick within a week. On that day, I told him that I would like to speak to my son about it and call back. The next day, May 30'th, I called back to order the stick and was told that the price listed on the website was no longer applicable. They told me that a mistake had been made and the price listed online was incorrect. It was my opinion that Not Just for Soccer should honor their advertised price. After multiple phone calls to instore salespeople and managers as well as unreturned calls to the owner of the store, I gave up. Customer service exists at Not Just Soccer as it should in every store. Employees are helpful, courteous and polite. I shopped Not Just Soccer for Lacrosse gear and they had a great selection. The proper size helmet was not in stock. But, within 4 days they had the helmet in stock and called to let me know it was in. They even gave my kid a free T-shirt while we were there looking around. We mentioned that we were kicking off the lacrosse season and they were willing to pack up their store and truck it out to our practice field so parents did not have to make seperate trips to the store. If we had out act together - we would have made that request. But, with willingness to provide that level of customer service - I am very impressed.

The level of service at Not Just Soccer is wonderful. They have a large variety of Lacrosse equipment which is great to see in Dallas. I was so surprized at how big the store was and by how much Lacrosse equipment they actually stocked. They also have an enourmous selection of cleats. Not Just Soccer Rocks!

If you are looking for lacrosse equipment, this is not the place. They have no selection for Lacrosse gear. Period. Someone needs to step up and get something going for the HUGE lacrosse community in North Texas, instead of carrying no product, and overcharging what they do have available.
