Just in time for the big freeze, my heater decided to stop working. Joe was able to come over that afternoon, the same day I called. He showed within the appt window and diagnosed the problem to be a bad transformer or gas valve. (and you should have seen the hacked up wiring that the previous owner rigged up) He didnt have a transformer in stock, so had to come back the next day. He came back on time and hooked up the new transformer, but the heater still didnt work. Must be the gas valve. Replaced the gas valve and viola, it worked. He did a great job and didnt charge me for the transformer bc he was not 100% sure that was the problem. Regardless, I had heat that day thanks to Joe. I would definitely recommend these guys for your heater and AC needs.

So, after discovering a leak in my bathroom, I hired this company to investigate the leak. They travelled the one half mile to my house, told me the leak was due to a problem related to the caulk in my shower, and that the charge would be $75. Even though he could explain in detail how to fix such a problem and that the materials weren't expensive, he wouldn't actually do it himself. Seriously? I would have thought carrying around caulk and taking the 5 minutes to fix such a problem would be something within a plumbers job description. And I tend only to hire people who make a real effort to be helpful, so I would never recommend this company.

I would wait all month to have someone like Joe and his crew to do any work in my house they are truly professional. Each one of them show a great deal of care in the simplest of jobs from a dripping faucet to the most important like the main sewer line they just replaced in my house I'll wait for them no other plumber has a chance of me hiring them ever again. oh yeh the price is right too

Fast, efficient and affordable. They get the job done right. Joe and his staff show a nimble endearment to the customer and their work. First class customer service from the answering service to the office staff to the serivce technicians. Above all they are trustworthy, giving you the service you need without the scar tactics. Doing business the way it should be done, fair and honest. They put the customer at perfect comfort level. Joe Gianone is a true professional and craftsman. His type of work ethic is rarely seen in the plumbing industry anymore.

He's done work on many houses on my block, so I figured I'd continue to give him business. I'm sitting here after having to make an appointment a week in advance. I made the appointment for before noon, because I have to start getting ready for work at 2pm. So far he's no-call, no-show. I had to call his office (11:40am) to find out that he doesn't know when he'll be able to make it out. This is just to get an estimate. I ready hate it when people waste my time.
