Well, I was broke for a year after college, (damnable student loans ) and homeless in the sense that I had to move back in with my mom for a year so...when do I get my 2 mil?

Yes I would because once a person has the $2 million dollars being broke and homeless would never happen again, guaranteed.

Well, I'm always broke, so can I get 1 million?

No problem. I was living in one country(I won't mention the name), I was hungry and homeless for two years there and I am still around. It's doable!

I'd be willing to rate it a 5, as long as I am guaranteed not to live in a place like NYC or Chicago. A small town; sure, I'd go through all of this for 2 million. I pretty much grew up this way. Had my grandparents not been the loving souls they are; I'd have been homeless more than a dozen times before my 10th birthday actually.

Six months ... I think I could do that.

No problem! Where do I sign up? What a fascinating adventure it would be ... love it or hate it (most likely the latter) it would be a HUGE learning experience that would give me an entirely new perspective. All I have to do is be a street guy for half a year and then I get two million? I'd do it in a flash!

I wasn't that far from it at my lowest point. Six months would be pretty tough to be homeless, but I think I'd have a better than average shot at getting thorugh it for $2 million.

I would definitely go homeless for 6 months for 2 million dollars. I could probably use the weight loss that having no money would bring me, and it would be an enlightening experience to go through homelessness first hand.

Why not? This sounds like graduate school to me. . .

No, because knowing me, after six months of that kind of living, I'd go through two million in about two months.

Yes.I've been pretty close to that a few times in my life and lived to tell the tale- definately worth 2 million to test the survival skills for half a year!

Sure, I would do that. I can even see that turning into a crappy reality TV show, Who wants to be a Homeless, er air!

No way. Eating off of garbage bins, growing longer hair with dandruff all over, an itchy beard, no shower and unpleasant odor, I don't think I could survive in one month. I'm not smart enough.

*L* I'm almost that way right now . . . college is expensive and finding a job isn't really working out for me right now. So, yeah, I could probably cut it for 6 months, if I could see the looming goal of 2 mill up ahead . . .

I've been broke, but no way would you get me to agree to be homeless. I've seen close up what some homeless go through. No way.

I don't think I'd have a problem with this....I grew up poor and function just fine without material things.... I've spent some time in San Francisco talkin to some homeless people and they are darn funny!

BIGBABY makes an excellent point. With the things the homeless and broke go through, I'd be lucky to survive the first week.

Since I've been both of these for longer than 6 months, I'd say 'where's the cheque?'

Depends on which 6 months in which part of the country. In the North in the winter, not a chance. I'd have to have a shot at surviving for the 6 months in the elements.

Im in the middle of getting 24 inches of snow right in now in a huge blizzard. And Winter hasen't even started yet. I don't know how I would be able to survive, let alone live with nothing.

No, being homeless and broke would be way too uncomfortable. Plus I don't like to beg for anything.

Well, I can handle being broke for six months, I was broke for 4 and a half years (it's called college), so that wouldn't be too hard. The homeless part, though, would be tough.
