I had been having a lot of troubles with my system. I wanted to thank Jason and Nicole. I appreciate you taking the time to follow up and call me back. I also appreciate you taking the time to join me in prayer when my friend was ill. The personal attention was a great part of getting the right person to my home and helped turn my experience around.

My son and I were so pleased with John. I have never had a tech come out for the GK who was so thorough and conscientious. I can't say enough how pleased I was with him. From now on, I will only request John when dealing with Goettl.

After having Midhat out on 2/23/12 I am very happy! Midhat was so delightful, very polite, nice, and courteous. It was so refreshing having him out to my home!

That's well over 30 names people have dropped, which as we know is a RIA Mad Lib review specialty. At this point I'm going to estimate that 75% or better of their RIA reviews are fake, but that doesn't surprise any of us, right?

Goettl sent tech Shawn to my home and he was exactly what we needed! He was very professional and kept us informed at all times.
