This store and all other mall pet stores buy their dogs from puppy mills. Puppy mills are places where dogs are kept in stacked, tiny wire cages, urinating and defecating on one another and forced to breed so they can sell the puppies to pet stores. The dogs never see sunlight, never touch the grass and never feel a loving touch from a human. When they are no longer able to breed, they are simply shot and their bodies burned. The breeding stock, as they're called, have many genetic defects that are passed along to those cute puppies you see IN THIS STORE. Most of the puppies either already have diseases or are incubators of disease. Almost EVERY SINGLE ONE. Fetch and all mall pet stores are trying to sell you sick dogs for an unbelievable profit. Wouldn't shop there if it was the last pet store on earth. I think the associates were very discriminatory. I wouldn't shop there if it was the last pet store on earth.

Do not buy your dog from here. We bought our dog from the beavercreek store. Our dog was in that small little cage for over 4 months. He was horribly overweight, his hair was just falling out. The employees were extremely rude and wasn't knowledgeable at all.

When we contacted the pet store, the asst. manager said that our vet did not know what they were talking about. Our new family member has a hard time walking and will take several months to recover any muscle tone he lost while being constantly trapped in this cage. He can't play with our son's due to his weakened condition. I would not recommend purchasing an animal from this store. It is illeagle to sell a dog with kennel cough but these people actually put it on the warranty form. We purchased our dog at "reduced price". They said that if we didn't purchase him, they would send him back to the breeder. No compassion, non caring people.
