City Heights Condominium

Not for serious adults. The noise transmissions between units is similar to that of a college dormitory; side to side, up and down, all terrible. Add to this the fact that the concrete slabs between floors is only 4" thick [newer construction has at least 8", most are 10"] and add to that the fact that most units Owners have installed hardwood floors without any thought to those around them and the noise can be a real nightmare. If you like feeling as if you're residing in a college dormitory, this place is for you. The smells of neighbor's foods and marijuana also permeate frequently to add to this element. The staff here can be helpful if they feel it is in their best interest to do so. However they will gossip with others about your personal interests and activities. The property management serves only the Homeowner's Board and their own self-interests. Wonderfully diverse community and excellent amenities. Location is incredible. Easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Extremely helpful and friendly concierge staff.

Great place to live in a secured entry property, best view of the city, covered secured parking, great amount of greenspace, pet-friendly, great pool area, convienent to shopping, hospitals, restaurants, nightlife, museums and a wide range of entertainment. The airport is a short drive and access to public transportation is right outside the front door. Friendly and accomodating staff in addition to all these amenities makes City Heights Condominiums a wonderful place to live! Oh, did I forget to mention the Community Room available for special events and the fitness center with all the equipment you will need to stay in shape when you you are not out and about exploring all that Atlanta has to offer!

Great place to live. Conveniently located and the neighbors are very friendly. It is also very quiet.

Great community!! I love it here! Incredible views that would cost you 100k more anywhere else. I do a lot of entertaining and my friends love it for the ample street parking that you don't get in other parts of the City. And you can't beat 24-hour concierge staff. I feel safe when I'm leaving early in the morning or coming home late after work.

Fantastic community - very diverse and friendly. Great amenities, great location, many great views. Perhaps my favorite part is the gated walking trail - it's lit 24 hours a day and it's like a full acre so it's perfect for walking the dog. City Heights is one of the city's best kept secrets!
