Classic rock song and one of the best ever for a road trip.

With its rotating geriatric lineup and its cheesy name, Steppenwolf is not very "wild" anymore. I always think "Born to Be Mild." I can't see myself listening to this on the road. Or anywhere, for that matter.

As cliched and over-played as it became-this song still RIPS-especially on a road trip.

Now that I'm pushing fifty backwards hard enough to break a wrist, I feel a little self conscious when this is playing and I'm driving a mini-van.

It's overdone. It's too easy. But it's great.

Great, but you don't want to get to much into this song, especially if you are driving a minivan.
