Got to go back to the drawing board on these uniforms. These things are just so awful. Like the main color but all the wacky colors in the striping got to go.

They look ok, but they wear too much blue at home games. Perhaps some white pants w/ thier blue jerseys, and some blue pants w/ thier white jerseys.

Not bad. They should wear the blue pants though with their white jerseys to match the blue on the shoulders, and it would make them look nicer.

Garbage! Why are they wearing that all-puke colored uniform? At least mix in white pants at home. YUCK!!! Bring back the real-colored traditional unis!

I felt neutral about them before and would have given them 2 stars but they played so atrociously the other night they get an extra star for sympathy. Seriously, it seemed like the only Seahawk player who showed up and was ready was Matt Hasselbeck, who actually threw for twice as many yards as Ben Rothlesberger. Unfortunately Matt had no help and support from his teammates, who dropped passes and made stupid errors and penalties that cost them dearly. Had whats his face made the two catches he dropped, the score would have been 24-21 and Seattle would be Super Bowl champs today.

This is the Hawks FIRST appearance in the big game. They played what, 4 playoff teams all year. They can score and Alexander is a spotlight player. They got to play Arizona, SF and STL twice.me and my 4 sons could score on them.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? How can anyone justify the fact that the Seahawks are rated so low on this website??? They have one of the best quarterbacks in football, Matt Hasselbeck, and possibly one of the greatest halfbacks of all times in Shaun Alexander. Their coach Mike Holmgren is one of the greats and they have one of the best offensive lines ever, how do you think that Shaun Alexander did so well? Alexander happened to have the most rushing yards in football this year, and also just happened to break the record of most touchdowns in a season, and took home the MVP easily. Lets not forget other players on the team, such as Hutchinson, Jones, Tubbs, Wistrom, Sharper, Jurevicius, Engram, Morris, Wobeck, Jackson, Strong, Tatupu, Trufant, and Dyson you have a ridiculous team. Its disgraceful and disgusting that the Seahawks are rated so low, it speaks loads about this entire website and the people that rate on here, they are totally uninformed and ignorant. The Seahawks should at lea... Read more

Ok so all these comments on here are old for the exception of the one on 11/18/2005 even though its somewhat old. Now the Hawks are 13-3. They are the second best team in the league with a record breaking running back. A top 5 rated quarterback and a defense that allows few points. This has been a great year for this team. They barely drop the ball anymore and Holmgren has finally brought the team together and everything is clicking. They will be a tough team to stop in the playoffs. We will find out this Saturday weather or not this team is for real.

I have been a fan for years & think Holmgren has finally built the team he has wanted for a long time. The rest of their season is easier than some teams, except for the Colts. I predict they will make it into the 2nd round of play-offs, at the very least if everyone can continue to stay healthy. Our receivers are much better, we finally have a great and cohesive offensive line to protect our QB, Hasselback is having a great season, and our defense is finally firing on all cylinders too!! Go Hawks!!

The company who designed this crap should be disassembled and sold for parts. The old uniforms from the Zorn and Largent days were the best in the NFL, but is this new blue even a color that can be categorized? This blue is the equivalent of the dreadful Tampa Bay Pewter. If this was my favorite team I don't think I could admit it.

In one fell swoop, the Seahawks went from having one of my favorite uniforms in all of sports to my least favorite. The logo is great - possibly the best in all of the NFL, at least among the expansion teams, but the new colors (or should I say color, as it's really monochrome) are AWFUL. The classic royal blue, green, and silver of their old uniforms worked. It was awesome! The new color is one of those modern abominations that seems to pervade all sports teams created in the last fifteen years. You can't tell what color it is. Is it blue? Is it green? Is it purple? Is it grey? It's like five shades of paint fell in the mixer and this is what came out. It looks like a computer threw up. They've also adopted the worst trend to come along in football uniforms in the last two-three years (it's getting absolutely out of hand in the NCAA) which is having a uniform that is predominantly one color with jersey, pants, helmet, and socks all the same color. What happened to contras... Read more

The all blue is a tragedy on the home uniforms. This team has never looked very good but the new blue unis are hideous! I would change colors to royal blue and emerald green.

These aren't bad, but I do like their old ones more. In this case I don't agree with wearing white pants, I like more their home uniform than their road.

This is a great design, really, with an excellent color scheme, but PLEASE, wear the white pants with the blue jerseys. PLEASE. The road uniform looks so much better because of the team's stubborn insistence on the Division II blue-on-blue monochrome look. I also think the proposed silver helmet shell would have been better, but Seattle fans obviously felt otherwise.

As with the Bills, Seattle is ruining their uniforms by wearing solid colrs at home. When they wear white pants at home with their Blue jersies, they look very classy. Their all white is nice and an improvement over the recent ones.

The question I have to ask is why the change?! Once a great looking helmet and uniform combo now a multi blue mess. This just in: A dark logo on a dark helmet with no outline does not show up very well. I know this seems simple, but the designers of the new helmets did not seem to get the message.

Pro football is a flashy game, which means I generally prefer the flashier uniforms. As a result, the uniforms worn by the Seattle Seahawks fall towards the bottom of my preference list. The new drab solid blue on blue uniforms simply have no contrast. Seattle needs to learn that often less is more. The helmet decal salvages a star.

This team is great they have one of the best running games in the league [ thanks to Shaun Alexander] not to mention koren robinson is a pretty good wr and matt hasslebeck isn't to good but when he retires they'll get someone better they also have marcus trufant who is a great defensive catcher and John Randle who is retiring was a seven time pro bowler and has tons of sacks not to mention Darrel jackson another good wide reciever and seatlle got to the playoffs so they have to be good even if they lost to green Bay not to mention al the players are kind people and always are considerate their naot a holes like a lot of nfl teams

This team is nowhere near as good as their 6-2 record say they are, and I look for a second half slip that will see them in the 9-7 range, and probably finish second to St. Louis and miss the playoffs completely. The best player on offense is Shaun Alexander, who should rush for around 1,200 yards if he can stay healthy. Matt Hasselbeck, I'm sorry Seattle fans, is just not that good. Pro Bowl and SCRUB just don't go together that well. The NFC is sucking so bad compared to the AFC, this career backup is actually being mentioned in the same breath as that normally elite-players-only consideration. Hasselbeck wouldn't even rate in the top 50 of all-time q.b.'s. They are in a relatively weak division and have a schedule that isn't very hard. They lost to the BENGALS for crying out loud and were destroyed in Green Bay. They might be 8-2 after Washington and Detroit, but they have Baltimore, Minnesota, and St. Louis coming up. If they lost to the BENGALS, losses to the likes of the... Read more

The Seahawks new uni's just plain suck. Man, are they ugly! Their uni's before with the silver helmets and pants were one of the better looking uni's in the league, but these new ones, especially when they go with the solid-on-solid look are just plain ugly. As with the Titans, too much of a go on the merchandising market.

This team may be on the rise because of attention to the defense during the off season. Signing Chike Okeafor was important, because now you have 3 experienced Defenseiv Linemen on a team that was one of the wort in the legue against the run last year. Ray Rhodes was hired to coach the defense. Sean Alexander is always a threat to score, so that shouuld take pressure off Hasselback and the passing game. The Seahawks will finish second in the NFC West thanks to a stupid management decision by the San Fran powers that be.
