Clearwater Pool Svc

I have never, EVER taken the time to rate ANY service, however this one is SO BAD I feel motivated to prevent anyone from making the same mistake I did. It is Mid-July and I requested my pool opening a MONTH ago. Right now it so green, slimy, and SWAMP-LIKE even the snakes won't get in it. This was once a decent service. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?

We were their customers for almost two years and we always had a problem with them. Fisrt of all they will never return any phone calls. If there is a repair to be done they will never show up as they promissed. After numerous phone calls to find out when the problem will be fixed all the can tell you that someone will call you right back. Which never ever (and we mean it) happends. For two years they didn't clean calcium off our tiles. Every time we called we were told that we were on a top of their list and as soon as they can find someone to do it they will do it. It is clear that they never did find someone. We are still trying to figure it out but we are under the imppression that they run a business out of the basement and they never have enought people to do it. They will clean your swimming pool but that is all they can really do. Finally we were fed up and went to find someone else. We do not recommend them to anyone.
