i saw a strange movie with him where he played some strange man who developed pictures. it really showed that he can even put his oddness into a character and make him become scary. he is very versatile also

Robin Williams is actually better at drama, then he is at comedy. Since he is a comedian, comedic roles don't take much effort and it is though one is seeing too much of his real comedy routine. In his dramas, he's been amazing with some real depth, complexity and integrity to them.
