I live quite far from this dealership but I will send all other Audi owners I know to this service department. Unlike other Audi dealers these guys have loaner cars available and they made my service experience far superior to any others.

Pick up time was fast! I think I was there for maybe 10 minutes, grabbed a bottle of water and the car was ready, washed and clean and ready to go.

Tim was great! He worked around my schedule to bring my car in. they even helped me move my baby car seat! The staff was quick and very friendly. Tim explained to me in detail what the problem was with my car and let me know what they did to fix it. My car was returned to me quickly and washed.

driven an audi for years. love the cars. won't ever buy another from UP Audi. they used to offer good service; its why I bought there. now it stinks. I dont know if they have new ownership or what, but its the kind of run around BS you'd expect from a domestic dealer not one who caters to folks buying 60, 70 and 80 thousand dollar cars. the loaners have gotten so bad you'd swear someone went camping in them, or some teenager threwup inside. and they tried to gouge me on service more than once recently - something that never used to happen. I won't be buying another car at UP Audi. Oh, and falazmah, exact same salesperson tried to pull the exact same scam on me. These guys don't understand cultivating lifelong customers and can't be trusted to do the right thing.

I have an Audi and Lexus. It used to be pleasant experiences to bring my cars to each dealer when my car needed some service. Yesterday, I brought my Audi to University Park Audi to complain about the service I had last year. I told assistance service guy what happened to my car last year. There was an electric malfunction and they spent 2 days to figure out what is wrong and it was just a bad electric cord under the driver seat causing the warning. At that time they said they needed to take out the seats and took a long time to figure out to search what was wrong. After they fixed the problem, I found the part of seat was broken and the cover of electric cord under the seat was messed up. It is not bad at all since you don't see the broken parts. After I explained these to the assistant, he schedule me to bring my car back this morning so I did. And he said it's not under warrant to fix it since they only fixed the wire under the driver seat and they didn't touch any other parts and... Read more

Well, hmmmm. Having just read the review written by a disgruntled tightwad of sorts against University Park Audi and Chuck Austein, I felt compelled to share a more favorable and accurate review. I have known Chuck Austein on a personal level now for more than 20 years, back in the days when he sold Porche's on LBJ Freeway. Aside from the fact that we are friends, I know him on a professional level and have purchased more than 10 cars from him at multiple dealerships along the way, spanning a 22-year period of time that I have known the man. I have known him to be NOTHING other than kind, professional, respectful, and accommodating in his approach to selling cars, and his personal character is of the highest quality. Simply put, Chuck possesses the highest moral fiber and boasts more than his share of integrity in a field that otherwise has a reputation in the public's eye as being "sleazy". He has always gone out of his way to make my interactions with the purchase of a car, w... Read more

A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I went to University Park Audi and talked to Debra Davidson about a Q7; she was NOT friendly. We really liked the car though, and thought we'd decided. The General Manager, Chuck Austein, assured us that he?d match the price of any dealer in Texas. We knew the options we?d like, and wanted to stay within our price range. Since University Park Audi didn?t have the car on the lot, we spoke to dealers in the area, one of whom had one, and offered it at invoice. A day later, my wife told Debra that she?d found a car in the area with the right color & equipment, and that it was offered to us at invoice. Debra called back and offered us a price $2,500 above invoice for the same car. When my wife told her that we?d get it elsewhere, Debra rudely told her that she'd already requested the car, and that UP Audi was now the only way to get it! Shocked, my wife called Chuck directly since he said he?d match any dealer in Texas. Chuck told her that m... Read more
