The salesman that we had in the Highlands Ranch store was extremely rude and the manager followed the same business philosophy when we encountered problems with the carpet we purchased from them. Thankfully, Stainmaster helped us in resolving our issues when Carpet Mill refused to help. Thank goodness we don't have to deal with Carpet Mill ever again!
