Carpet Exchange

This company was NOT honest with warranty matters and product questions. A repair for a defect cost us our warranty because they failed to disclose to us that a repair over replacement would void our warranty. The carpet was defective at the time of installation yet they didn't comment about the defect. I saw the defect as soon as I saw the carpet. Also we told the salesman that we wanted a carpart that would not flatten out quickly and the yarns would not unravel quickly which has happened in both accounts. I will never do business with them again.
