K&B; Bath Systems

I found K&B to be very reliable, professional and accomodating. They were on the job at the time and day agreed on and worked very hard to complete the renovation to my satisfaction. We did have a few glitches with the plumbing and the shower doors but they were handled immediately and with no complaints on having to come back a few times. Every problem was handled within at least 1 day or in one case a few hours. Also they were very careful to clean up any mess before they left and they treated my house as if it were their own. I would highly recommend K&B to my friends.

Could not have asked for a more courteous & professional crew. The gentlemen who did the work were excellant. After working in the new construction business for over 30 years I know pros when I see them. I'd recommend K & B - and their staff ( Nick & Brett) to anyone.

We were extremely pleased with KB Bath Systems in every aspect of the job. We were originally debating whether we should remodel one bathroom or go ahead and do both (both bathrooms had problems with leaks). KB worked with us to come up with a proposal that met and exceeded our needs at a price that made it possible to go ahead and do both bathrooms within our budget. They were extremely professional and took care in every detail of the job. They were really good at communicating any concerns or questions, and handled every issue promptly and with the utmost care. They very neat and always cleaned up every day. They took care to always leave us with a fully functional bathroom at all times. KB did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact, we were so pleased with the bathrooms that we are having KB come back to finish our basement.

Very good listeners. Any additional work orders or changes were immediately addressed. Very eager to please the customer. Very tidy and punctual as well! Plan on using them again on another remodeling project!

The crew came on time, were very conscientous and clean. Was a very good experience. Project began and was completed on time. Everyone was professional and courteous. Would definitely consider using them again as well as recommend them for additional projects.
