i went inside to get my cat neuter, it was recommended by a nonfor profit org, and i was looking for assistance. But i went and i feel there were miscommunication, and one of the vet assistance techs comes out upset and rude towards me. Its my first exsperince there, and learning about the diffference between a stray cat vs housecat, which is what i have. I was so disappointed and discouraged by this ladys attiude, she exspressed that many people comes in there trying to play the system. Not every black or person is trying to that, at least not i.

This is one of most wonderful places for animals I have ever been to. The staff is loving and caring and treats each animal [ and owner ] with nothing but respect. It's not just clinical it's a personable relationship they have and I wouldn't change a thing. Dr. Souza, thank you for being the kind and considerate person that you are. You've made out grief alot easier losing our Jazmine.
