Completely unreliable!! Do not trust them!! Don the owner himself was a no show 3 times!! I was surprised when the owner said he would come out to diagnose the problem but needless to say he makes promises he cannot keep. We've had a white residue in our hot water ever since Darden plumbing replaced our water heater. They never came out to diagnose the problem nor find any way to resolve it. Don claimed he would come but never showed up. We never got a call to let us know he wasn't coming. So I called to tell them I would be giving my business to another company. Well Don begged for another chance and that he would make everything alright. So I gave him one last chance since they were the ones to install the water heater I figured I had a better chance of fixing the problem with them. Once again disappointed us by not showing up, not calling...... nothing. The most unprofessional service ever!!

The plumbers from Darden installed the kitchen faucet in no time, but when they went to install the bathroom faucet, the actual problems began. I had gotten the wrong faucet; they told me that I needed a wide spread faucet and I had no idea what a wide spread was. They offered to go with me back to Home Depot to get the right one.
