Remember kids, a slut never makes you pay... UPDATE: Oh, and for the record, guys are just as capable of being sluts. UPDATE: For whatever reason... Miranda: Well, what do you think of him? Fletcher: He's a pedantic, pontificating, pretentious bastard, a belligerent old fart, a worthless steaming pile of cow dung, figuratively speaking. [a moment passes and Mr. Allen starts laughing. The other board members follow his lead and start laughing also] Mr. Allen: That's the funniest damn thing I've ever heard. You're a real card, Reede. I love a good roast! Do Simmons! Fletcher: Simmons is old! He should've been out of the game years ago but he can't stay home because he hates his wife! You've met her at the Christmas parties. She's the one that gets plastered and calls him a retard! And you, Tom, you're the biggest brownnose I've ever seen! You've got your head so far up Mr. Allen's ass, I can't tell where you end and he begins! Mr. Allen: [roaring with laughter] Priceless! [Fletcher co... Read more

A slut is a girl who shows her pussy to multiple people. So, either you are a slut or you are not. If you are not a slut and someone calls you one, that is slander, and the name-caller is a liar. But, if you are a slut, you should not be terribly offended by being exposed. Although, being called a slut even when you are a slut, can still be hurtful; real sluts, the intellectually honest ones at least, should be able to withstand the insults.

I used this word intermittently as a term of endearment. Combined with "Who's your daddy?" and spanking dat azz it's not so bad.

Mediocre at best. Probably insulting when used by a woman to describe another woman she's jealous of.

As do so many other fine epithets, this comes to us from Middle English.  Ah, the Age of Chaucer.

This is a degrading term that should never be used to describe a woman.  It also implies promiscuity.  Who are we to judge?

Some of the women I know and of their wild stories, I can't help myself but calling them that, but somehow they don't take it personally and think I am charming. Go Figure!

slut is someone who doesnt give a crap who she does where she does it and who it hurts in the process and if shes all that calling her a slut is nothing more than free advertising for her. as far as most women are sluts and you know that for a fact? why do i seem to have a hard time believing that? maybe its because that is such a statement that groups alot of very different women with differentlives and different problems and different ways of viewing the world and different goals and different needs in their personal life etc... how they or we can all be so different yet somebody was simple enough to simplify us by grouping us together with such a worthy respectful title. thanks for the info im sure my mother and grandmother and daughter will be just as honored

I prefer this over a whore, but usually a slut is proud of being a slut, therefore instead of being insulted, the person would probably be happy I called them that. Takes a lot of work to get to that status.

An awful, mean-natured, crude, and extremely suggestive name. Like many of its synonyms, I could never use this word when referring to any woman.

Unfortunately I know way too many of these types of people in both genders, but believe me, they totally deserve the title....

Has to be used sparingly. Slut falls into the same category as racial slurs. It is to be used only for those of the same gender as yourself who are also good friends.
