Romeo & Juliette Laser Hair Removal

I wanted to thank Romeo & Juliette for the excellent service I received during my last treatment. The staff was very good and my technician really cared not to miss any hairs on my face. I had not been there for a while but it was refreshing to see that Chris is still adhering to the same standards that drew me to R & J in the first place. They seem to have more lasers than before and the treatment felt less painful. Overall a very good experience.

I struggled for years with all types of hair removal until about a year ago whn I was getting married. We wre planning to have a tropical honeymoon and the way the dates worked out I would be between waxings. I confided in my manager, who had been coming to Romeo and Juliettte for a while and she praised them highly.I did a lot of research/ I am very cautious. My research paid off. I got fabulous treatment with ultr-modern machinery. The tecnicians were wondrful and my results exceptional. Superb results !

Today I had my first treatment with the new ELITE MPX . Apparently no one else has it in New York. There was hardly any pain on my bikini, as the new cooling numbs the skin and I do not need any more creams before treatment. My technician was very thorough and took her time, explaining the procedure. I was lucky to get an appointment as they were very busy. The Front desk was very accomodating to my requests. I had laser before but nothing compared to this facility. They are just absolutely THE BEST.

My criteria where safety, reputation and results. I wanted to go to a place not just because of the reviews but because there was clear information about them from outside sources. Well, wherever I checked, I only read good things about R & J. The laser companies recommended them, the International Association recommended them and finally my friend recommended them. I even read about Romeo & Juliette on the website of one of the laser companies. I am treating my bikini and I love the results. The lasers they use are awesome. With one of them, I hardly feel anything. My technician is very sweet. Yet, all of them seem very nice. Overall a good experience and a fantastic choice.

Referred through a friend, I decided to try R&J after contemplating several other laser centers, but always fearful because laser is no joke! Romeo & Juliette is ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL, & WONDERFUL. I had lots of hair on my shoulders and patches on my back. I had read that it takes many sessions to get rid of the hair and the results may not be perfect. Yet, R & J exceeded my expectations. The patches on my back are nearly gone and I have little hair left on my shoulders. i am Happy with my results and I would recommend them. Very clean and owner is always present.

I had needed to find a good laser place. I asked several beauticians I know ( I am also a beautician) and they all agreed that Romeo and Juliette was the best place to go. I then asked for a free consultation. I was impressed with the information and the machines which are used at R & J. They are top of the line and all technicians are certified, and well trained.I particularly liked the personal and considerate treatment I have gotten.No more igrown hairs,no more unwanted hair.

As a gay man, I find few services take the time to serve you well, unless they ae exclusive to the gay community. Romeos is not like that. They have a very mixed high-end clientele of people, and respect evryone the same. My straight hairdresser recommended me and I LOVE the techs, the lasers and the folks who run the place are super professional.

On my first visit the staff was not unfriendly, but not very warm. The woman who did my laser treatment did take time to talk with me about her recomendations and what she would do. I was specifically told there would be no adverse reactions other than some temporary redness. By the next morning the entire area was incredibly swollen and covered in red bumps. It was incredibly embarrassing to walk around like that. When I called they assured me it was very rare, would go away in 1-2 days, and when it occurs, only happens on the first time. It lasted 2 weeks. I bravely went back, trusting them, and it happened again. I had to see a dermatoligist to prescribe me steroids. I called several times after the second visit and the woman now told me "it happens sometimes" and I'd just have to wait it out. I paid $1,200 for the series, and believe or not am debating returning to complete my series, as they won't give me my money back, and despite the horrible reaction, the hair is lesssening.

I had a bad reactio once at a laser ecnter and was very hesitant to cme to another center. My consultation was eye-opening, when I realized that the lasers come in different types andmust be calibrated. I was assurred all would be well and it was. I am very pleased with the loss of unwanted hair with no side effects.Take the special consultation and take your time. Slow and easy and you get good results.

I dislike writing reviews, but once ina while you get such good service that you just hae to take the time and say so. I hae delicate skin, and it is sensitie to the max.I had several delicate areas treated at Romeo and Juliette's and had fantasic results ! The professional service and the friendly atmosphere as well as the really updated machines are the reason for this excellence.

As I am getting ready for my sister's wedding, I wanted to wear my hair up. But I was selfconscious about my cheeks and the sides. My friends had discovered Romeo and Juliette and they were already having some treatments, so it was easy for me to go with them and see for myself. All nervousness is gone and I am working on loosing the sideburns. The people are very nice and helpful and make you feel at home. Most importantly, the results speak for themselves.

I am from jamaica and was always told that it is hard to have good results with lasers on dark skin like mine. That was from people who visibly did not know. I am just finishing up my legs and am on to bigger and better areas at Romeo and Juliette's laser center ! I have delicate skin and was so happy that they have special lasers for darker skin !I just loved the consultation I had and was assurred that there would be no problem, and this was accurate. My mustache was growing faster than I cold pluck it. And whenever I plucked it, I would get a pimple in place of the hair which was removed. I was afraid of lases but when I did dome research, I discovered that Romeo and Juliette is oe of the most reputable places. I came and had the mustache taken away. I had such good outcome that I am panning other hair removal. My face did not break out, and I had no irritation. What a joy !

I love my Greek heritage. I do not like the dark and corse hair I have gotten a a result of the genetic lottery. One side of my family is fair, the other is dark...need I say more. Being a brunette is the best if you want to exude mystery ! But there is no mystery in how to rid yourself of unwanted hair, which accompanies many a brunette. After many many years of enduring all the latest assaults on hair, I finally had the good fortune to be chatting at the hairdresser with an acquaintance who told me of her great experience at Romeo and Juliets laser center. I called swiftly and was able to get an excellent appointment on short notice. They gave me a very workable plan and the cost did not strain my budgetr. I was amazed at the excellent results in only a few sessions and have committed now to treat all the areas of my body in succession. I see no need to suffer any longer when you can go to such a lovely place, be treated so well, have all the anwanted hair wisked away painlessly. Really ! What more could a girl want ?

I had been two a few other laser places and found that my skin was getting awfully irritated. when I was about to give up, a good friend told me about Romeo and Juliette's special lasers for darker skin and how I should not have any problems. I called immediately and after a really informative consultation, started my treatments. What a difference! I had no irritation and the hair just fell off like leaves in the Fall. I have very corse and full facial hair and it went up almost under the cheekbones. It made me look ominous, and as I work in finance, this was not a favorable attribute. My girlfriend had great success at R & J's and so I asked to consult with the owner, who assured me that my beard could be contoured to begin lower on my face and that I need not look like wolfman on the weekends when I chose to not shave. The results have been fantastic and I was able to afford the treatments easily. Furthermore, the on hands presence of Chris, the owner, made it easy for a man like myself to feel comfortabl;e in what is often considered the domain of women exclusively. I love to tan and I love to have smooth hairless body. My friends come to Romeo and Juliet and they say it so good I come too. Very nice, clean and not too expensif. My problems with unwanted hair are ahair-raising horror story. I was depressed and convinced that my destiny was to spend hours and hours on hair removal, only to repeat the torure every two or three days. I have finished my treatments at Romeo and Juliette, and now come in once in a while if there is a touch up to do. I had no pain, and only slih=ght discomfort during the removal of hair on my legs. Being of a mixed ethnic heritage, I have all the unwanted hair that goes with my ethnic group....But soon, as we speak, I shall be done with it all. I just started and had only my third session, but can tell that this is the place to come. I love the way things move along. My appointment is on time, and the tech knows what she is doing and has explained everything very clearly. If all ends well as it started we should be golden !

I have patronized the laser enter for several months now. I find them to be very efficient, courteous and professional. As for their offerings of programs, it appears to me that they are very fair based on the NY market, and they tend to offer frr touch ups too. I enjoy their punctuality and the no-pain lasers. I have finished my legs and am very pleased. When my girlfriends and I were talking about this subject, and I told them they said they were terrified of lasers. I used to be too. But after visiting R & J Laser center, getting a tour, and explanations about the method and the stages of hair growth and their timetable for treatments., and after seeing their top of the line machines....well, you get the idea. I never believe what I read. In this case I also followed my gut and had a free consultation. I couldn't believe so many good reviews! I figured they must have some imperfection ! Well, they don't. It is surprising but Romeo and Juliette is really better than all the rave reviews people have written. The reason is, you see for yourself how really thorough and nice they are. You get to see how professional they really are.And when you do sign up, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and content with the results. You have to see this for yourself. I live in Birmingham (England) but I fly in and out of NY on business. It is surprising to some that I would choose a NY laser center over one in England. But the truth is that one of my associates told me how great they were at Romeo and Juliette's so I made my schedule conform to the treatment schedule. Clearly, I made a great choice and wanted to be able to say so.

Even though the sun has not shown her face, and my beach days have been so few, it doesn't matter because my legs, bikini and underarms are like a baby's bottom fair and unblemished. Soon as the heat sets in, I will be ready- thanks to Romeo and Juliette's excellent work removing all the unwanted hair from my body. This was done professionally and affordably.A very good bargain for both !

I am of Greek descent and like most peoples of the Mediterranean, I have had my issues with hair. But now in middle age, I have been sprouting unnecessary hair on my upper lip. My niece told me about R & J and she was so right. No job too small applies here too. They were cordial and pleasant and very accomodating. I can see that if I were younger, I would have benefitted greatly from their services more than now. I recommend them for their service, manner, and civilized, pleasant service.

I am a teacher and am accostomed to writing recommendations. None are quite so public, however. At any rate, teachers do not earn a stockbroker's salary, as is well known. However, this does not preclude them from wanting state of the art treatments they can aford. I enjoyed coming to Romeo and Juliette's because they performed the treatments in a very careful and serious way, and because they were conscious of providing good value. Their packages were reasonable and in line with other places. But the care the administered was superior by my experience. No one needs to trust anyone else's recommendation, however, the free consultation they offer will put to rest all questions and all potential hesitations. A gold star establishment by my standards !

I had laser in the past without much success. I have seen many ads with crazy pricing but wanted to try a center that had been in business for a long time with experience and reputation. That is why I chose R & J. From the moment I walked in, I knew why they were so highly rated. They really know how to take care of their customers and please them at any cost. I went for my underarms but ended up treating my legs as well. They are using incredible lasers that are very fast without much pain. The owner is there all the time supervising , as well as performing treatments. Overall, 10 +++

Customer service is the most outstanding quality they show at Romeo and Juliette. Anybody can have the machines, but not everyone cares as much. Chris, the owner, has given himself to the industry and understands the need to cater to the client and to make sure that his staff is the best, and the service they provide irreproachable. I have been a client for over two years. I have brought my daughter and my neices. Everyone has been extremely satisfied and has had a great experience. I would give them more stars, but five is the limit here, so my review is limited by the website !
