Our dog Nugget has been going to Camp Bow Wow for several months now. The staff is incredibly helpful and infomative during all of our visits. Nugget gets so excited to go to camp she jumps out of the car and falls asleep as soon as we pick her up!!! It has improved her play skills and keeps her active. We would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for daycare for others that are looking for a fun and loving place for their pets.

I took our 3 year old Lab mix, Maggie, to Camp Bow Wow after looking at several other kennels. In addition to having more roomy cages -oops, I forgot this is camp, I mean cabins- the place was very clean and did not stink. What was most impressive was the seeing other people bring thier dogs in for the day. The dogs were thrilled to be there, couldn't wait to get in. I talked to several dog owners and they were all very please with the place. What better recommendations can you get

Camp Bow Wow is a great boarding facility. I tend to be on ease when leaving my puppy, but when I left Allen for the first time at Camp Bow Wow I felt relieved. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow because of their clean facility, knowledge, and of course, my puppy comes home tired!

The facility is clean, spacious, and accommodates all your dogs needs. Jezebel has learned the name Camp Bow Wow at five months old. She knows when that word is mentioned she is going for a full day of fun and relaxation. Web cams make it convenient to be able to check up on her during playtime hours. Once home she is "knocked out" for the rest of the evening!

Scooby had his "interview" day at Camp Bow Wow on Tuesday. We watched him on the webcam during the day, and he seemed to have a GREAT time! Although tired when he got home, the next morning he stood at the back of our car, whining to go (he never whines...). I think he wanted us to take him back to Camp. We need to have a place to board him when we are away...this is so much better than the venues we have previously found! And I feel better because I can watch him from wherever I am in the world.

I loved this place. You can watch your Dog playing on your computer's webcam. The price is very reasonable, and your dog is so tired at the end of the session. You can either go 1/2 day or full. He loved it!! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you want to make sure your dog has a fun-filled day while you are at work, I definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow. The facilities looks great. Can't beat the price for a worry free day for you and an action packed day for your dog. Trust me, your dog will be sleeping in the car before you get out of the parking lot. Very pleased with Camp Bow Wow.

I have brought our two dogs Ruger & Abby to Camp Bow Wow for daycare several times and have been truly impressed with every staff member there. They are obviously dog lovers & are happy to see me and my "babies" every time we come. They help me with getting our dogs into the car and generally make it an easy drop off / pick up experience, as well as giving our pets the attention / focus they deserve, no matter how hectic it may be on a given day. Plus, I love the fact that I can check in periodically throughout the work day using the Camper Cams.

great staff. they were very helpful and accommodating to me and were so sweet and kind to my dog. I picked up a very happy and healthy (and sleepy!) dog after three days of boarding/daycare. also, love the webcams. its so neat to be able to watch her having so much fun.

What an amazing place Camp Bow Wow is. I've owned dogs all my life and never found anyplace so unique and comfortable for my dog. The staff is friendly and takes the time to explain every aspect of Camp Bow Wow and answer any questions you might have. They took our very introverted dog and within two or three visits told us that he's running and playing with the other dogs. The dogs obviously come first, and not because that's their business, it is obviously genuine.

I got to Play & Play - My favorite thing to do!!!! They also made sure I didn't get toooo tired out. So I had to take a nap & then guess what??!!! MORE playing. I played inside & I played outside - who could ask for something better than that!! Mommy said that I will definitely be going back soon. HOORAY for me!! All you other dogs need to ask your Mommy or Daddy if you can come to camp too. you will be happy you did!!!! I hope to see you when I am there :-)

A modern, well designed environment handling dogs of all sizes. Staff from Lee on down show care and attention. They work well with my dog and he loves going there. Always some other dogs to romp with. Able to bring your dog's own bed & food to ease the stay. They have withstood my dog even though he tends to love the place so much he can get worked up and be an energetic 'pain'.

My dog Winnie was very shy around people, and they have worked with her, and now she is so much better. She loves going there, and goes to the door of Camp Bow Wow when I let her out of the car, wagging her tail. My dog, Angel was afraid of other dogs, and has started to enjoy playing with other dogs. The staff at Camp Bow Wow has worked hard to help both of them grow into happier dogs! I love Camp Bow Wow, and so do my dogs.

Owner Lee and his great staff have a genuine interest in my very energetic dogosaur and always go out of their way to accomodate him. Very competitve pricing and always able to offer advice and feedback; overall a much (!) better facility than the "other" place nearby... Absolutely highest recommendation!! **Update- Saturday hours have just been announced...woo-hoo!

I have been bringing my dog to Camp Bow Wow at least one day a week since just after they opened (more often when the weather is too awful to face an outdoor walk). The facilities are large, comfortable, and very clean. The play areas have temperature controlled indoor sections as well as outdoor space. The dogs are divided into different play areas based on temperament. All the employees are well trained. And they have web cameras, which are especially nice for us nervous first timers! Those are the reasons that I chose Camp Bow Wow to bring my shy dog to for some socialization time. The reasons we keep going back are many. The owners and staff are friendly and flexible and clearly know and enjoy the individual dogs that they work with. I can see on the web cams that the dogs get lots of good play time but they also get regular individual attention from the human members of the pack. Every time we arrive she drags me in the door at top speed and takes off with the camp coun... Read more

This really is a great place for your dog. I've used Camp Bow Wow Henrietta for both daycare and boarding and have been nothing but pleased. The professionalism of the staff and level of service is excellent! In one case, my dog became sick while I was out of town. The staff went above and beyond in taking my dog to the vet of my choice and keeping me updated regularly. It really is a comfort knowing that I can leave my dog in such good and capable hands and not have to worry about a thing!
