The very idea of swimwear is absurd. If you want a tan why would you want lines? If you want to swim why would you want a suit interfering with your motion? Just the feel of the sun and wind on your bare skin make it all worthwhile.

How can you spot the blind man at the nude beach?  It's not hard.  We were in Mexico for the first time this spring and it seemed to be the rule that tops were optional anywhere we went.  The novelty, whether it be embarassment (my twelve year old) or fascination (my 9 year old) only seemed to last about a day  and a half, after that nobody seemed to be too worked up about it.  Wouldn't it be great if the whole world could all go through that day and a half at one time and get it over with.  Then we could just all be okay with the way we entered the world and less up-tight.

A few years ago when we stayed at a resort by the east coast of Mexico, we saw a few topless females running around on the sandy beach. Though it was our first time ever seeing such thing, we were not too taken by it and shrugged it off like it was only normal there. Later on that day we played a volleyball game by the beach and my wrist got badly sprang by an opponent's slam, and the hand was crippled for the rest of the trip. I tried to fix my bikini top one time but it was very difficult to do that with only one working hand, so I thought, what the heck, it's a nude beach. So I let go of my bikini top, then there came the constant stares from the people nearby. Needless to say I put my bikini top back on at the fastest speed I could manage at the time.

I did go to the nude beach this weekend. In face I went to two five meinutes form each other. The first one had two boats in the bay looking at us so I went on stripped off ad lay there on my back proudly exposed, There were people sunbathing, some idly playing with themselves, couples chatting. I joined a mixed couple and chatted for about an hour and a half. The guy playing with himself idly whilst chatting and I was a little shocked when he came on his towel. I went for a walk and came back and lay on a grassy hillock on the beach and this guy came down and sat next to me. There were a few people on the beach and he reached over and started wanking me off. I was surprised but also strangely aroused with all these people walking by as if nothing was going on. obviously it did not take long for me to cum and I went about my swimming as normal (Nude of course) I plan a return visit to the beach this weekend coming (Or should I say cumming) and just enjoy being naked in the air and swim... It was at Blacks' Beach in San Diego. It is a strange experience to see nude dangly parts while people were hangliding. There was even a nude fella who marched up and down the beach playing bagpipes. I wish I was that un-inhibited. I noticed the naked people were bronze to dark brown with skin that looked like leather. My friends got naked but I just could not do it. Today in the shape I'm in there would be no doubt. I wouldn't want to scare anybody.

The thing about public nudity is, and I don't want to shock you folks on the RIA, that most of us don't appear well without our duds. It is my experience that most of us are not fashion models, or in the buff, or have our bodies waxed, or, well, you know. The average person is rather lumpy and maybe even sagging here and there, I am sorry to say.

Because I'm vain, I don't bare all in public. However, I don't believe the authorities have any legitimate right to require clothing for those who are comfortable in nothing but their skin. What I really don't understand is why almost all American men wear pedal pushers  for swimming.

Never been to a full-on nude beach, but been to one where tops were an option in Mallorca.  I'm a bit of a prude when it comes to baring it (I'll wear the bikini, but I tend to duck-and-cover, and wrap myself in a towel until the very last second before I get in the water.  I know no one's looking, but I still feel embarassed).

Pretty much any beach in Europe...even the kids. The Europeans think nothing of it.

I've been to several of these, and for the uninitiated,it's NOT what you think.People who are comfortable in the nude outdoors tend to be more open-minded types, but NOT necessarily any more sexually active or even attractive than anyone else.Almost no-one at such a place is really paying too much attention to the actual nudity around them, they're there for the freedom of being in their natural state in a natural setting.I've seen whole families there. It's all very normal once one realizes how silly the prevailing "victorian" taboos are.

My brother and I both worked on a nudist beach (and town) in Cap d'Agde when we were young men over 25 years ago. No matter how high a social position you might have held, however famous you were, however rich or mighty you were in public life, everyone was the same on the nudist beach..a human being. No charades, no one-upmanship, all flaws and all beauty exposed in one go. Young schoolkids and teenagers growing up played together on the beach, a great way to eliminate anxieties and to teach each other to respect the human body. A great time and a lesson in how we should all be, unencumbered and as natural as God intended. PS Who's the sad f@@2r who just gave that statement an unhelpful?

Wow! That was actually an insightful comment, Daccory. I say flaunt it if you got it, but I haven't been to one of these yet. I should while I still got it, I guess.

Need laws to permit nudity at all beaches. Swim suits and beach wear are rediculous.

There is nothing shameful about the human body. All the greatest artists of our time show nudity. It is a beautiful and accepting thing. It is nice to be proud of what we have. Why should we be ashamed of what science gave us?
