Just the same as many others, I have a D.M.V. report that shows that I did not own a vehicle when it was towed and sold at auction but they don't care. They placed a mark on my credit and refuse to remove it. They are rude and just plain nasty to my wife, myself, my lender, and anyone else that calls and tries to be sensible with them. They basically dare you to try and do anything about their illegal business practices.

these people are so rude . they did the same to me. i sold my vehicle sept. 30 2004. it was filed with D.M.V. dec. 14, 2004. It was towed end of dec. 2004. they lien sold it in march 2005. then had the nerve to send me a bill for $1,075. i fought with him. he put on my credit report and raised it to $1,500. i just found out when i applied for house loan. I'm diputing it now. Got proof from d.m.v.. they are supposed to be removing it. reporting them to B.B.B. , attorney generals office, and news station ,if I have to. They need to be closed down. REPORT THEM NOW !!!!!! DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS....... THEIR NOT A BUSSINESS. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. LETS SHUT THEM DOWN.

the company is run by Barry Williams, but he lies to callers, saying he is Norm Rogers. He is the rudest person you ever met. His staff is trailer trash, when I asked for him, they told me "he's in the s hitter". ??? Is that appropriate language for a company? They are the worst, I called to pay them, but now I'm so angry by their rude comments, I will take this to small claims. At least there a judge will treat me with respect.

I called this company today wanting to pay a debt I owed. The first thing Norm Rogers, AKA Barry L. Williams, owner, says are two rude comments concerning why I called and what I want. He then goes off without even wanting to know how I'm going to pay this debt. I did a Google search on this guy and this company and find that I'm not the only one who has dealt with Norm Rogers. A Google search also came up to show that's not his real name. His real name is Barry L Williams and he owns the company along with his wife who goes by the name of Miss. Hart. These people need to somehow pay for there scare tactics and people need to start taking them to court. I've contacted the original creditor and they were willing to accept payment directly.

A car I sold got impounded by this company. While this car was in their impound yard somehow received a parking ticket in the city of La Palma, CA. They sold the car and now are reporting that I owe them $1650.00 for the impound fees. I asked them who drove the car while it was impounded and they said no one and I proceeded to show them the parking ticket. I also showed them the bill of sale for the car and that it was not mine. The person didn't get a chance to register it before it got impounded. They said they sold the car for $25.00 and that I owe them the difference from $1650.00 This place will not remove this false information from the credit reports and keeps filing false reports to the credit agencies after I showed them all the proper information of who the car owner is. This place showed be brought up on criminal charges for knowningly filing false reports to the credit agcys. They have also been reporting this for more than 7 years. Anyone know who to report this pla... Read more

This place is very unprofessional. Miss Hart answers the phone and tells people to "go to mexico to to speak mexican if they need help paying their bill". I do not owe a debt to this place but I am documenting everything about it. I have YouTube video footage and everything -

I have received a letter for collections and I am trying to take care of the problem, for the past five days I have placed two calls a day, each time the same result with no answer but a recording system that does not allow any one to leave a message. Not very smart! I think if your in the business of trying to recover financial debts you should at least have a message system so we then individual's that are attempting to correct our mistakes can do so. For this I would give this company a definite bad revue.

the worst customer service ive ever come across. they lack information, do not know the facts, and try to collect money from people by going off there own assumption they owe it. thier trying to collect money from me, when if fact if they did any investigating they would see i dont even owe the company that they are collecting for any money. but this company is to incompetent to know this, so i guess ill have to see them in court. unnecessary headaches do to iddiots

This company is the worst to deal with. I called just to get more information on how to dispute the account on my credit and the man on the telephone was extremley rude!!!! He doesn't even treat you with a tiny bit of courtesy. One can tell he really despises his job!!! I would suggest finding out who the owner of the company is and write a letter to get a more pleasant telephone operator. I tried asking for a manager or owner and the guy said "good luck getting in touch with someone else, I'm the only one who answers the phone". Its an awful institution. There are no good things to be said about this company, none at all!

I would recommend that if you need to get in touch with this company that you do it in writing. The customer service provided by telephone leaves much to be desired, and if you need to dispute their actions, it's definitely best done by trackable mail to avoid harassment over the telephone.
