    My car was crashed by a teenage kid while on my way to work. To say the least, I was angry. I was sure that even though my car would be fixed it would never be the same. I was wrong. The guy who fixed my car, his name tag read Leo, did an incredible job! I can't tell that the car was ever damaged. Great job. Thanks.

    They bent over backwards to get my truck finished so that I could go out on a planned camping trip, and the work was top notch. Would highly recommend.

    I needed some body work done on my truck after an accident and was referred to All American by my insurance agency. Even before I had a chance to contact them, they had gotten the green light from my insurance and called me to set up a time to have me bring my vehicle in. They were extremely flexible about when I could come in and were able to commence work the same day that I came in to get my truck looked at. My estimator explained everything in detail and was great about giving me updates according to the schedule that we had agreed upon. Voila- the work was completed on time and my truck looked great. The staff even took the effort to detail it inside and out. I really appreciate the great job everyone at All American Paint and Body does.

    My wife smashed up my car and I need to get the front end fixed. My co-worker recommended this auto body shop by the 163 off Kearny Mesa Rd. I was a little skeptical, but when I got the car back I was really impressed. They worked with our insurance, checked the alignment & suspension, the body work looked good as new, and they detailed the car. Over all this place had a quick turnaround and was reasonable.

    I own a 2008 Lexus GX470. My insurance company sent me to a body shop on Miramar road. After taking the car back to them for five times, I asked the insurance company to send me somewhere else. I went to All American and they re-did all the work. Now the car looks and performs like factory condition. I experienced excellent customer service and professional work--fabulous. I think its because repairmen are factory trained.

    THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ME A NEW CAMRY AND I HAD IT FOR ONLY A WEEK WHEN I GOT REAR ENDED. I LOOKED THIS PLACE UP ON THE INTERNET;; WENT OVER THERE AND THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME. THEY HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE// ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG MAN THAT HELPED ME WITH MY CLAIM :). ALL IN ALL I WAS UPDATED FREQUENTLY AND WELL ADVISED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE REPAIR PROCESS.     I had the misfortune of having a front end collision in my 2002 Nissan sentra; I was referred to All American Paint and body by my insurance company. All American sent a tow truck to the scene of the accident, wrote an estimate on my vehicle, and got me to enterprise rental car within 2 hours of my collision. I was contacted By my estimator once a week with updates on my repairs. I felt totally comfortable because was kept up to date @ all times. When the repairs where complete I was more than satisfied with the work. Since my accident I have sent friends and family to them, and all have had a similar experience These guys are a first class operation!

    I was referred to All American after I got in an accident with my 00 GT Mustang. A friend that had gone to All American for their extensive custom paint department referred me. He paid for the work he had done out of his pocket, which was somewhere around 7k dollars. So I figured if he gave All American a chance paying out of pocket, I could definitely give them a chance going through insurance. So I started the process of repairs, which was fairly simply on my end. The estimator looking at my car answered all my questions about how to go about insurance etc. They even dropped me off and arranged a rental car for me through my insurance. I got my car back in just over two weeks and my car was better looking then before the accident. Yeah sometimes getting a hold of my estimator would take a day, but after seeing how many cars go in and out of that shop, I realized there busy and have jobs to do too.     We had our Nissan Altima repainted by them. Our insurance is AAA. This body shop is one of the few CERTIFIED AAA shops where you can just take your car into the shop and tell them to fix it. There is no need to forward the quote to AAA, AAA has certified that they do good work and have fair rates. The job was excellent. Based on the success of the paint job and the fact that it's one of less than 5 shops in San Diego county with this special AAA status, I give this place five stars.
