We purchased a sofa and two chairs, all Broyhill, a matching set. All fabric was custom ordered. Order was placed on 12/31/2008, furniture was delivered on 2/2/08. I tried to refuse delivery because there was a defect in a chair seat cushion stitching, defect in material on sofa, and defect in a throw pillow. The delivery men contacted the store and I was told I would have to forfeit my $500 deposit, it delivery refused. Against my better judgement, I accepted delivery on the promise that all defects would be corrected. A few weeks later a service rep came to look and photograph the defects. I was told parts would be ordered to make repairs, and another repairman would return to make repairs. Six weeks later the repairman arrived and soon realized that all repair parts were wrong. They were either not ordered correctly, or there was a mistake at the factory. He called customer service and I was told they would once again order new repair parts. A week later we get a call from the ... Read more

I have bought furniture from furniture fair and I know my brother bought his dining room set from furniture fair and I have no complaints. Dont think my brother does either. The stuff is quality and has held up well. In my opinion they have some of the best furniture prices in town. I bought my new sofa for nearly the same price i was seeing used sofas on cragslist!

I would like to say that I have never had a better furniture buying experience than last week when I bought a sofa and loveseat at Furniture Fair. I was treated with utmost respect when I entered the store and the salesperson listened to what I wanted and helped me make a great decision. This place feels like coming home, the people care and are friendly and the place has a wonderful atmosphere. This is the best place to buy furniture. I will be back

I purchased a oval round base with high top windsor chairs..in 10/08/06.the table was never sound or sturdy but we thought diu to the weight if the table top that was why ...Then the 2 chairs started to become very unstable and started to crack at the joints,we tried wood glue and readjusting the table, but would eventually break down again.they sent out a contractor and he said the table top was bowed and unfixable.two of the chairs were also unfixable at no fault on our part. He said it was defective before we even had it delivered. Our one year warranty was up in oct. of 2007.I did not call to complain about it until after that.i even got extra insurance on the table set.but somehow none of this matters to furniture fair because of the one year warranty.we tried to maintain the set ourselves until it became unfixable 15 months is not that long to have....So now we have an unsound table and two broken chairs.,and furnmiture fair is not cooperating or even trying to meet to some type of... Their furniture was not that great of anything but they are a lot more expensive than other places in the area. Their salespeople are typical up-your-butt idiots...overall I'd say go to Ashley's instead.
