The following email has gone un-answered for a week now. They have terrible customer service!!! Try using their online coupons. Hi there, I have more on the Fairland store 301-384-8900. On top of them not accepting my coupons from your website, I was put on hold for 11 minutes after placing my order for three pizzas and an order of Mozzarella sticks. After a different person picked up the phone again, she asked for my phone number and address and I told her that I have been on hold and that I have already placed my order. She then put me on hold and the original girl picked up. I told her the same thing and added that I never got my choice of crust for my 3 pizzas or a total. She said that the pizzas were already in the oven and were almost finished. She did give me a total which was $34.92. The pizzas arrived but there were only two. I then called the store back and the same girl that took my order condescendingly told me that I only ordered two and she said that she repeated ... Read more

What time are pizza bolis actually open until??? I'm confused, maybe??? Hungry, want to order from pizza bolis. The "deals" flyer clearly states that Friday hours are 11:00am-1:00am.When my wife called to order at 12:20am she was told the store was closed.I called back to try to place an order, and was also told the store was closed. When asked ,the person on the phone said ;I dont know sir,but we are closed.I have succesfully ordered even later than this in the past.My question is ;is it a poor management issue?,or an employee Friday night thing?I dont know ,but its bad service.Guess its a sloppy joe night!

So they took the Boli out of the supermarket and tried to make a pizza chain out of it? Whats wrong with this picture.... Without a thin crisp crust, fresh marinara, and fresh (in the watery whey) mozzerellla.... Most of the goobers in metro DC (Virginia) dont know the difference. Sigh...

I have recieved horrible service from the fairfax location of Pizza Bolis. They brought the wrong pizza to us and did not offer any compensation. The manger is not apologetic in any way shape or form. The new pizzas took over 2 hours to get to our office. This branch is a huge disgrace to the pizza bolis name and the manager should not have a job.

I have never heard of this chain. It must be a regional franchise. The name alone would keep me from going, it sounds like a disease. Like Pizza Cholera.

The pizza is terrible and the sandwiches are no better. They never get your order right for delivery - even after repeating it several times.

Pizza Bolis in Alexandria is a rip-off. I paid for extra cheese and revived virtually none. It tastes something like Papa Johns or Dominos but not as good. In fact, they seem to cut corners on all aspects of the pizza. The cheese is tasteless and the topping are sparse. Do yourself a favor, buy yourself a frozen pizza. Youll be happier and richer.

Pizza Boli's does not honor their coupons. I tried to use one in November 2004 that had no expiration date on it (it only said 2004), and they would not take it because they were going to be sending out new coupons later in the month. I argued it was not expired, so should be honored, but the man on the phone refused.

Pizza Bolis tastes like Papa Johns Pizza at a considerably lower price. Its saucey and cheesy and the dough tastes is just right! Its very yummy! And much cheaper! There was one in Sterling VA but suprisingly a year later maybe 2003 the same place (Pizza Bolis) with the same pizza changed its name to Pizza Palace but the pizza remained to be the same great tasting value sized pizza. You can get a Large 1 topping for only $5.99 thats so cheap!! A medium for only $4.99!! And the list goes on!! This is my favorite pizza joint and its soo goooood!! mmmmm!!

I love Pizza Bolis. Their pizza is much higher quality than the larger delivery chains, and they have a lot more options on their menu.

I used to love this place. Perhaps it's because when my mom was pregnant with me it's all she ate. Pizza Bolis is lightyears ahead of most national pizza chains in both quality and prices.

The pizza boli's in Federal Hill is disgusting. Everyday they put their trash out in the street, including raw dough in the flower boxes. Not only is it repulsive it attracts rats to their store and the surrounding area. They have been asked time and time agian to clean up their shop and have refused. I don't want to think about what is in the pizza. But if you like rodent excrement this is the place for you.

The Pizza Boli's in Federal Hill Baltimore, MD always has trash out in front of it. The employees throw raw pizza dough on the sidewalk and in the city planter beds in front (they say to feed the birds). It is very unsightly and not very neighborly.
