This club is just the right size in my opinion to get quickly start feeling at home as soon as you're done ordering your drink, and for some reason reminds me of club Tryst in the Wynn, Las Vegas. The place is nice and the people are pretty decent. There's a few low-brow looking guys, but most of the girls look good and are friendly. The Asian girls especially, in the house/dance music room--which is a small and sweet little room towards the back that makes it easy to mingle. The patio is good looking and layed out well.

First the good. This club is beautiful! The set up is nice, 3 bars to get your drinks, 2 dance floors. One of the dance floor has some cool effects going on. Like dropping balloons from ceiling, and smoke machine randomly going off. The Bad now. Bouncers are picky about dress code. I dress trendy and i have gotten into every night club in Hollywood and OC without being hassle about the way I dress. Bouncer gave me a hard time about the way I dress, but in the end, they let me in because I was with a big group of friends. Yeah, we were about to leave. When I got in, i seen guys that were badly dress and somehow they got in. Got me confused. Other info you guys should know before going. When I went, it was mostly an Asian crowd and bring your parking ticket in to get it validated if you buy drink. Good club, but there dress code is kind of weird. I dress trendy enough to get into the hottest club in Hollywood, but here, i gotta hard time about it. And Yes, there were badly dress guys i... Read more

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! its HUGE and has several levels! they serve a really good range of drinks and beers...They also serve TY KU, which for me determines if a club is "with it" or not! :D it can get kinda busy, but not too packed where you can't dance! the Dj's here are also amazing! go for a good time....get a bunch of girlfriends together and have a girls night, it won't disappoint!!

I can only speak for myself..... I have been to Heat twice and had a great time on both occassions. I agree with the $20 cover charge being a bit pricey but hey..... its a nice place and worse places in the area charge the same or even higher. Drinks are a little higher than alot of the surrounding places but they are good...not too little or too much but good! Music is nice, the bouncers are okay. I can see how many people think they are rude but most bouncers everywhere are always so serious looking and can be rude... thats everywhere! Yes there is a line but thats what you do at most good clubs, wait in line..... and of course they give priority to bottle service guest which sux, but they do that everywhere too....its all about the money. Anyway, I dont care about that, im there to have a good time with my friends and the two times we've had a great time.

I was with a group of foreigners (I am too). We've been to clubs in Hollywood, LA in Vegas without problems to get in. We had to meet some people at Heat Ultra, but the bouncers made us go back home for our passports (didn't accept our local IDs or driver licenses). They needed a stamp from the US government... I wonder, wouldn't it be easier to falsify a stamp than our plastic, shiny, bar code safe IDs?? Oh! and after all that trouble, later on, a bouncer pushed us and made us spill our drinks... don't go there...

I'm trying to get some info on the club. i check the website... the flash operates at a snails pace! So, I called the club... and can't even get a live person to talk to. So, guess what, I won't be going to HEAT!! I don't care how HOT it is.

AFTER GOING TO HEAT ULTRA LOUNGE I CAN TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING ELSE LIKE IT IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. FROM THE DECOR TO THE WELCOMING STAFF AND NOT TO MENTION THE KILLER SOUND SYSTEM... YOU HONESTLY JUST HAVE TO GO CHECK IT OUT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. I THINK MOST OF THESE OTHER COMMENTS ARE LEFT BY PEOPLE WHO DON'T DESERVE TO BE AT A PLACE LIKE THIS. MAYBE THEY SHOULD TRY SOME OF THE LOWER END PLACES.

this place is an amazing place to go to drink and mingle with beautiful people. It's located at a very nice area and is not too crowded. Only problem is that maybe the club is too small.

Alright, I've been to Heat a couple times. It's just okay. Inside, it's very very beautiful, but the thing is the place is TINY. I mean really small. On their ad it says, "10,000 square feet of Vegas-like clubbing," or whatever...I guess that makes it sound like a lot, but in reality 10,000 sq. ft I guess isnt' that much! It's not really that great b/c you go to a club to meet people and after a whole 10 minutes, you've seen everyone you're gonna see! (More or less). Pretty go-go dancers, great drinks, great hot bartenders, tons of hotties inside, lots of young people (actually nothing but young people), it's in the new part of Anaheim (the Anaheim Gardenwalk), so it's kind of a nice place to go after eating at the local Cheesecake Factory right upstairs, or any of the other fine restaurants they have there. It's just that it's so.... small ! :( Let me advise you if you do go, there will be a very long line, try to dress up really really nice to get in (guys too, but es... Read more

I had visited this business on December 19 2008 and I saw several issues that were outrageous and I feel that the management of this business has one goal/ which is take advantage of their customers. They have no ethics/ morals and they are nothing short of con-artist! The business had placed advertisement and promotions for birthday parties. The person holding their birthday in the business will be allowed to go in for free plus their guests (the guests have to be on a list or arrive before 10 pm) and admission to the place starts at 9pm. We arrived there promptly at 9 pm and they would not admit anyone in until 10:20. They made the guest party pay an admission fee, regardless if you were there and waiting at 9 pm or were on the guest list. They did not honor their advertisement/ promotional policies. I had bought some drinks and the serve said the drinks cost so much, I paid and signed the receipt, kept a copy. A couple of days later I saw a charge for more mone... Read more

I have been reading the reviews and thought I should let you know about my experiences at Heat. I live locally and had been looking forward to Heat opening up. I had checked out Ember and it was great so I was expecting the same of Heat. The first time we went to Heat to party, we got there at about 9:30pm. I know that cuz we could watch the Disneyland fireworks from the line. At this point there was already a line. It seems the only people they were letting in were bottle service or people who knew people. Earlier that evening I had signed up on the website to be on the VIP list, but it turns out that list means absolutly nothing. You wait in line with everyone else and still pay the same cover. The way I see it, if they wanted my contact info thats cool, but don't disguise it as being VIP. So we waited for well over an hour without the line moving much at all. When we finally made it to the front, the bouncer was rude and looked at me and my friend and told him he was not dressed app... Read more

I went there with a bunch of my friends to celebrate my sisters graduation from the Academy. And I never had such a bad experience in my life. I've been to many, many bars/clubs and it's never been a problem to get in. Especially if you have a VIP party and your there before 10pm. Were always out to have a great time. However at this place the people who work there are just rude and disrespectful. The bouncers think there such a big shot. We have many friends in orange county and I have made it known that this place is not worth going to. I can guarantee because this place was such a bad experience they lost a pretty big group of people that will never be back. Word of mouth goes around real quick.

A group of us have gone a few times and have a BLAST everytime! This past weekend there was something new....a cigar shop right out front. The guys we were with bought some and they even carried my cigarettes! This club is a MUST SEE!!! They have an indoor smoking lounge that worked out perfectly! It also looks like there is going to be an upscale bar opening up next door (Bar Louie).

In Short With three bars, two dance floors, and an indoor smoking patio, this 10,000-square-foot Vegas-style nightclub goes where most OC nightspots don't. Club purists will appreciate that there is no food menu--though there's a plethora of chain restaurants right around the corner--and more importantly, how this space aims to compete with the best of L.A.'s night spots: The multi-million dollar lighting and Funktion One sound system will keep night owls dancing the night away to hip-hop on one side and groove and house music in the lounge area.

The first reviewer sounds like he was bitter (thus all CAPS) because he wasn't good enough to get in. Of course they do not want "gangsta" types in the place (over sized baggy jeans). ANYWAY, I went with two friends and had a blast. We didn't have bottle service but got right in...maybe because we didn't act like dirtbags in line. The inside reminds me of a club in Vegas...very chic. The place was packed with hot people. The go go dancers make your head spin (so amazing). The evening ended up being one of the best nights I have EVER had in the OC. My suggestion...dress to impress...lose the attitude...check it out.

Heat has all the makings of a Vegas style "Ultra Lounge". First off, the title "Ultra Lounge ", is gettin a lil played out. But you can't blame the OC crowd for being a half step behind. That said, this place is a nice change of pace for this part of OC. Heat is the type of club you would typically find in the Newport area. Very nice decor and architecture. Not just another dive with more facelifts than Joan Rivers. NIce work on the furnishings and fixtures. A large main room with the go-go girls and a decent sized 2nd room. Both have good sized bars. The main rm DJ seems to bury the small rm guy but maybe the promotion staff can fix that. The "indoor" smoking room is a unique touch, i don't smoke but the chimneys out there should be happy. Bartenders are fairly on the ball. You gotta be pateint when the place is gettin hammered. Table service tables are strategically placed and most are far enough from the main walkways to keep you from gettin trampled. Getting in might be a lil trick... Read more

ME AND ABOUT 15 FRIENDS HEADED OVER TO HAVE A GOODTIME TO ULTRA HEAT LOUNGE IN ANAHEIM, BUT AFTER STANDING IN LINE FOR OVER AN HOUR THEY FINALLY LET OUR GIRLFRIENDS INTO THE CLUB, AS US GUYS STOOD INLINE WAITING FOR ANOTHER 15 MINS THE BOTTLE SERVICE GIRL WITH BONDO ON HER FACE CAME OVER AND SAID "GOOD LUCK IN GETTING TO THE CLUB" SINCE WE HAD REFUSED BOTTLE SERVICE EARLIER . THEN AFTER THAT, THE PREJUDICE OWNER LOOKED AT US FROM HEAD TO TOE AND WHISPERED SOMETHING TO THE BOUNCER. SHORTLY THE BOUNCER SAID WE COULD NOT GET INTO THE CLUB BECAUSE OUR CLOTHES WAS TO BAGGY WHICH WAS THE LAMEST EXCUSE BECAUSE WE WHERE WEARING FITTED PREMIUM JEANS AND LONG SLEEVED BUTTON UP SHIRTS. WE THEN CALLED OUT OUR GIRLFRIENDS FROM INSIDE WHICH THEY WHERE ALREADY UPSET WITH THE POOR SERVICE THEY HAD TO STRUGGLE TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK. WE ENDED UP CAUSING A SCENE WHICH TRIGGEREDTHE BOUNCERS TO LET US IN FOR FREE BUT WE REFUSED AFTER RUINING OUR NIGHT WE WHERE NOT ABOUT TO SPEND ANY MONEY IN THEIR C... Read more
