I have used ASI for my associates coming from Europe for about 6-months (so had a chance to see more than one location that they provide). Units are in excellent locations, have modern atractive furnishings and decor, great amenities and customer service is superb. I recommend ASI to anyone, you will not be dissapointed. Great rates, too!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I continually called Lenka and her assistant only to be blown off for 2 weeks. Never recieved a phone call and they only wanted to deal via email. It's really unfortunate because I think they have a great business model and probably a number of great locations. Too bad that they don't have someone more professional running the business.

This 1-bedroom apartment was warm; spacious; quiet; well-appointed; in an excellent location and clean enough to eat off the floors, window sills or anywhere else. The directions from SEA-TAC airport were perfect. Everything Lenka had told (or emailed) me was even better in real life, when we arrived. It even has a real kitchen.

This was the best stay I ever had in Seattle and my first trip was over 40 years ago.
